Hotel was in a good location and was clean and big inside. Each floor had a free water machine and a place to clean your shoes. Staff were friendly and the price per night is reasonable.

Each time you get into your room and put your key in the key holder the TV turned on, meaning each time i arrived back i needed to turn it off, was very strange.

I booked a room at the last minute, after another booking elsewhere fell through, but it wasn't an issue: the hotel gave me a lovely room, and even an upgrade (although I didn't ask for one!). The room was huge, and breakfast was great. It's a fairly short walk from the train station, which is convenient.

The building itself is a bit retro from the outside - but it's lovely as soon as you get inside!

Great location. The hotel has been recently renovated and looks modern. The room was great. More space than we needed. Breakfast was delicious. Early check-in was available for £20 which was great as we have arrived 6 hours before check-in time.

Room service was poor. Our room was not cleaned during our stay and had to ask for towels and toilet paper

My room was located in the west wing which was recently remodeled. Nice and comfy with big bathroom.

My breakfast was included in the price of the room, but people I was meeting in the morning in hotel restaurant have to pay 45 PLN per person to join me. I think a little price break for a person visiting hotel guest will be nice.

Everything was good thank you, friendly personal, good food next time for sure again here ! Air cond. in the room , big and rich in space room, enough space for 2 adults and a child, in overall i would recommend it

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The room is spacious, the bed is big and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious. The atmosphere in the restaurant is cozy. Everything is very wonderful.

I didn't eat in the hotel so I cant comment on the food. The location was excellent, town centre was a short pleasant walk away. Hotel garden was very pleasant, staff were all very friendly and very understanding as I don't speak any Polish.

Maybe a small kettle and the makings for tea/coffee in your room, freesat channels for the TV to increase the choice. WiFi in the room was a little temper mental but worked perfectly in the reception area and garden. None of the above were issues, just the only points I can think of to make an excellent stay even better.

My room was beautiful and staff treated me like a king. Breakfast was the best i have ever had in any hotel so far. For sure i will visit it again.
