Rooms on the water are a bit far away from the main building with restaurant and up the hill (but you can always ask for small.electric car, melex, to take you there:)

Location is spectacular and on a hot day, the outdoor pool and facilities are great. Breakfast was good and staff helpful. Great for kids: little play area beside the restaurant, water attractions, and bowling.

We had some issues with the temperature of water in the bathroom and also water in both the indoor and outdoor pools is cold so only pleasant on a very hot day. There were two different corporate events during our stay, and it can get quite loud in the evenings because of that so would be great if there was a separate part of the restaurant for those kind of groups - so that noise is not bothering the other hotel guests.

After using a swimming pool and jacuzzi (not for too long), both of my kids had a skin rash and uncomfy feeling of inching and burning skin on their hands. Kids are not allergic. And yes, we took a shower after using a pool. This reaction has gone in about a half of hour and after another taking a shower. There wasn’t any warning sigh about the age near jacuzzi tub. I believe it was pretty much chemicals used in jacuzzi because I felt smth like a little burning eyes in there. The only disappointment while our stay :( PS. Please take into account that during off-season there are not any open restraurants nearby, the only place you can eat dinner is hotel’s restaurant.

Great location, wonderful views, literally everything except food

Last time we were here, the food was exceptional. Literally there was no need to go outside the facility. Unfortunately, this time something has changed. I’d say it’s definitely not worth the money anymore. I don’t mind paying extra for the convenience of dining on-site, but over 200 zł for an average pizza, dry ribs, and two drinks left us disappointed.

We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were lovely, the staff was very friendly and always happy to help. The spa area with saunas and the pool was good. Breakfasts were very extensive, and the hotel grounds were well-maintained and stylish. The view from the balcony was amazing.

One small suggestion for improvement: considering the overall level of service and breakfast quality, freshly squeezed orange juice instead of diluted drinks would be a welcome addition.

The view, the breakfast was amazing, being so close to nature. It was just an overall amazing experience, I can’t wait to go back and highly recommend the apartments on the lake, the views are incredible and all the fish swimming around! You can watch them for hours! The kayaking was an amazing adventure, the island sounds like a bunch of monkeys live on it?! If you stay near it long enough you’ll hear all the amazing bird calls. Seriously this place is underrated in my opinion, it was like a fairy tale being out there. Everything was convenient and the staff, the staff was absolutely accommodating, some of the best treatment I’ve ever experienced and they fulfilled all my weird request. Thank you so much!

Amazing location & view, great amenities and there’s plenty to do for both adults & kids. The wellness zone is the highlight with so many sauna options, salt inhalation room, pools, massages etc. Delicious huge breakfast spread, couldn’t manage to try everything. Nice restaurant on site.

Prices are high, some room photos are misleading especially where it says lake view. When you select Double room for example there are several different rooms with different views & you don’t know exactly which one you get. The beddings had a strange oily smell and I expected a slightly more “luxury” bath products, they were just average. The restaurant could have more vegan/vegetarian options.

The hotel is very smartly designed, so the rooms have a nice view towards both sides of the lake. At the same time it feels quite private. We enjoyed the terrace. The kitchen was small but well equipped. We enjoyed the burgers, which we ordered through room service. We liked the swimming pool and spa area as well. The pool was a perfect size and depth, with a nice view.

The tv was quite small and didnt have the smart option, which was a dissappointment, as we really looked forward to a movie night. In the end we had to watch a movie on the laptop. Wifi was at times quite poor and breaking up. This is not a fault - but we didnt realise the spa and swimming pool zone is not connected to the rooms. Luckilly it was warm, so we were just marching between the premisses in the robes. On the second night we had a dinner at the restaurant. This was a letdown - we all had a slight food poisoning afterwards. (We suspect it was fois gras).

that’s probably one of the few places where I will likely and luckily would like to come back. ideal perfect place with great view , great restaurant, spa facilities, room sized and services!

the place and nature are absolutely stunning there! Small homes on the lakes are perfect attraction for children, the view is amazing :) you can enjoy spa all the day long and nobody is bothered with your kids, it's quite natural, but unfortunately uncommon usually. so, many thanks for hospitality and opportunity to have a rest for the whole family <3 wanna to come back!

it was either super hot or very cold in the mobile home on the lake, but somehow we managed the temperature :)
