The view and position of the hotel are amazing. There is a lot of activities that can be done inside the hotel (bowling, pool tables, amazing spa, restaurants) along with great walks in the nature! The surrounding lake is peaceful and blissful, this is the perfect place for a weekend of relaxation! The free parking is big enough to accomodate many guests, and if you enjoy driving (like me) you will love the curvy roads that are around this beautiful place! Also the close city of Nowi Sachs is wonderful. The rooms and interior are cured and luxurious, and the value for money is great. The live performance in the evening at the bar was beautiful. There was a great selection of whiskeys, wines and liquors, along with a great indoors cigar room. This is now one of my favorite resting places in Poland, I will be back! Thanks to the staff and to the management for a great experience

The Wi-Fi sometimes was a bit slow, the TV in the room has its own software so you cannot connect your pc/tablet and stream content from there. The quality of the breakfast could be a bit higher if you take into account the very high quality of the restaurants in the building. But these small things don't influence the overall great experience!

Sauna facilities were great. Vast choice at breakfast. Excellent in-place restaurants, albeit on the pricey-side. Pools and jacuzzi are well-kept and fairly large. Spa is beautiful and offer great massages. Appreciate the Nespresso coffee machine in the room.

Staff was very friendly and professional but not everybody seemed well-trained. Indoor pool should be better heated, it was lukewarm at best. Silence in the pool/sauna area should be more enforced, especially to children

The hotel is nothing but perfection: location, lake views, spa, stuff, service, room, breakfast. Every single detail gets my 10.

Maybe I would add an additional restaurant on the site, like on the Terrace , to allow alternatives for dinner. There are good restaurants in the area, but we just didn’t want to leave the resort and drive .

very beautiful and relaxing location. kitchen in both restaurants is exceptional, SPA specialists especially for massage and very professional and are providing an excellent level of service

it looks, even in the high season, that most of the staff is understaffed and undertrained. The main problem is lack of English knowledge which lead to quite often misunderstandings in the requests. The gym had partially broken equipment and was constantly lacking towels and water. I’d say that in general, the staff was lacking a bit of supervision and showing care of the guests (you need to ask for basic things quite often)

the Breakfast was very good .all the time the staff add a new food. the food was tast. The food was high quality and varied .The indoor swimming pool was good and luxurious. I had a massage that was very good.

The food in the restaurants could be more varied and the prices more reasonable. In the evening it would be good to have music every day.

The setting was incredible, views were amazing. We had a delicious evening meal and then breakfast was so lovely in the morning. We spent the afternoon in the spa which was spotlessly clean.

We should have stayed longer!

It is a superb 5 star hotel hidden in wonderfull landscape of Malopolska region. Everything there is truly what is expected from the 5 star hotel and SPA. Get to your best Lamborgini (cause yours will have to compare to ones comming there!) to go. Has helicopter and various water-transport/recreation services. Superb SPA (both equipment and personell) Great food (in two restaurants) Pampering breakfast with Champane and strawberies :)

Breakfast was excellent selection. The location on the lake was perfect for beautiful sunsets.

There was only one restauranr open, and only one menu for both lunch and dinner. It would have been nice to have a different selection for lunch and dinner

The location is amazing with beatiful view, the hotel is perfect, real 5 stars! The facial massage was on very high level and the effect was very noticable, a lot of fine lines just disappeared! The breakfast was rich with big variety and procecco! We enjoyed the spa area our whole stay!
