Excellent breakfast in very nice surroundings. Clean, modern and elegant hotel and room. My room had a very nice view with opening/tilting balcony door. My room was very comfortable with nice decor and elegant bathroom - everything looked new. Hotel was not far from the town centre.

A few times it took a while for the hot water to start flowing through the taps, which led to water wastage. The mini bar wasn't really a fridge as the temperature in it was close to room temperature. All tv channels were either Polish or American with a Polish voiceover, which could not be disabled.

Staff are very friendly and outgoing, and they smile a lot. Rooms are cozy, clean, and well equipped. The restaurant serves tremendous breakfast, and there is always an option for a nice dinner. Good choice of local craft beer, too. Free car park in front of the property adds to it. The hotel underwent a full refurb from a post- communist relic to a super modern one a few years ago, which is great for the town. Sadly, Limanowa, with such potential for mountain trekking, sightseeing, and cycling, has ony one hotel of the class of Limanova Hotel.

It would be nice to have access to spare pillows. If one does not mind a 10-12 min walk, be mindful of the condition of the sidewalk, as in some parts, there is no sidewalk, but I guess this is up to the town hall to fix it. In-room safes in standard rooms should be bigger to accommodate a laptop, not just car keys and passports.

Very professional staff and great location, definitely the best hotel in Limanowa

Provide people with more info on additional services and the music club, the hotel seems to offer so much yet I wasn't sure what times the club was open and when I can use the terrace, I'd suggest to add this to the hotel leaflets that are in the rooms

Stuff was really helpful and polite, modern and clean room, our bed was really comfy. Big + for Jacuzzi/sauna area. Food was delicious

Poor lighting in the toilet for makeup and hair dryer could be better

Unfortunately they don’t care enough about the room make up. Last time i’ve been there, they did not replace the bath towels even if on the floor.

Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. Room was equipped with mini bar and coffee/tea.

Could not control the AC. Had to call reception to turn on/off the AC.

Modern hotel, good size room, nice and modern bathroom. Minibar in the room! The staff was really nice and did all they could to make the stay in the hotel fantastic. The breakfast was lovely! Several options to chose from. Will stay there again for sure when in Limanowa

The bed had only one small pillow and one decorative pillow. Would be great to have two normal size pillows, but i assume I would get it if I had asked for it. Not a big issue. Apart from that all was great.

New, modern building with pleasant interior decoration. Spacious rooms, quiet location, good breakfast. An excellent, fully equipped spa with jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath, open till late. Nothing short of a 4-star accomodation.
