The location was great. The pool was lovely for kids. Breakfast was okay. Castle really close by. Supper from regular menu was tasty.

The supper offered by fixed price from buffet was totally bad. The content differed from offer (no drink nor eggs provided and the content does not suite for dinner at all). We do not recommend the supper as buffet. The supper from hotel restaurant from menu is though excellent. The room for the price was okay. But be ready for a bit worn out look of room.

Very nice and quit hotel. Our room was very spacy - we were two adults and one child. Nice dark curtains to make it dark. Good with a boiler to make tea and instant coffee. Big plus with the refrigerater. The staff was nice, smiling and polite. We were there for the Majka Gran Fondo and it was very much appreciated we could bring our race bikes to our room. We will definitely come back next year.

The only downside: We had a need to freeze two cooling elements to transport some medicine on our trip home in car (7 hours drive). We asked the receptionist if they could put it in the kitchen freezer the day before we left, but they would not help us with that. That was a bit dissapointing - normally all the hotels we have visited will help us with that.

The hotel takes place at a fascinating place. Beautiful view, the staff is very kind and helpful, there's a variety of foods you can choose from for the meals. Everything was fine, we had a wonderful time.

Amazing location and incredible staff, they could not be more helpful. The view of the lake is wonderful and only a short walk to the local village. Comfortable beds, quiet location and nice little chill out areas around the property to suit everyone!

The shower could do with some updating, and the towels could be a bit bigger, but I’m really stretching there!

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very nice. The hotel also has a nice location close to the lake.

The walls are very thin, you can hear everything from other rooms. The breakfast is good, but could be a little richer. It would be nice to have Netflix or at least international TV programs.

We traveled by car with our dog and found out this place as a perfect for having a rest. Good view on the lake and the medieval castle walls. The center of the town not far from the hotel. Just down the hill. Krakow is about 40 minutes by car (in the Monday morning). Girls from receptions are very helpful and cordial. Thanks!

Hotel is situated in a beautiful location, so the view from some balconies are amazing. Room are also nice and clean. On the territory there are pool and restaurant with quiet good food.

Overall everything was good apart some minor things like: room service charge 30 zl and limited shampoo supply

We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good, so were other dishes from the restaurant menu. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. We really appreciated the awesome pillows. Kids loved the outdoor pool and the playground. The location is nice, close to the castle and good for a walk. Also the store is not far away.

The tap in a bathroom was a bit splashy, so it got wet around. But it's just a minor thing that actually did not affect our impression.

Lake, hills, a castle, a swimming pool, a garden. All you really need to unwind. Staff is very nice. Prices in the restaurant are very reasonable. Rooms with the view are the best.

Rooms are a bit worn and could use some refreshment.

Everything was very clean and cosy. Very good breakfast, beautiful place.

A bit noisy was under our window, but that is about visitors, not the hotel.
