The location was perfect close to city center and the price was a good value for what you get. Breakfast was also nice with a lot of options to choose from And healthy food. The room was always clean and they cleaned everyday to the room. The staff was very helpful they let me leave my things for a couple of hours ( storage) meanwhile I waited for my bus. They have an elevator in case of people with mobility problems or if you are in a higher floor

The room was a little too light and when the sun came in I could not continue sleeping anymore. I was still missing the eggs and bacon for breakfast, even tough they had a good selection. Even tough the staff was very helpful I feel like knowing more polish or German language would be great , since English language is not likely spoken. I think the kind of bed for room should be bigger and softer.

The hotel is old however every piece is still in good condition and super clean. Staff was also nice and they were waiting for us. Despite other comments, the breakfast has actually a self service coffee machine and it was alright. The price was very good.

Considering the price and that we only stopped for a night , everything was great, no complaints.

The room was simple but it was clean, warm and cozy. The hotel personnel is kind and helpful, the breakfast was very delicious. The location is ideal for sightseeing tours, the bus stop is near to the hotel and it is a 15 min travel to the Krakow city center. The hotel has a private parking lot too, so your car will be on a safe place! The neighborhood of the hotel is silent and calm. Ideal place for families.

Breakfast was lovely and fresh ever morning, the reception staff were very helpful, in particular Agnieszka who went above and beyond in making our stay as good as possible. Even though the restaurant in the hotel is closed after breakfast, she would still offer tea/coffee when we sat on the terrace, for lunch/dinner there is a nice restaurant behind the gate.

Can't complain about anything really.

The room was warm and clean. Comfortable basic beds, Good water pressure. The staff were a pleasure, and breakfast was superb.

There was a tile missing in the bathroom. The receptionist was not at the desk, but left a number to call (I guess they are elsewhere in the building). To be fair, this seems to be standard practice in Poland and was the case in several other places I stayed at. Once you called the number, they come right away. One other detail, it's not as close to Krakow as I first thought. Using public transportation to get there, it takes about 45 mins. The transportation is pretty efficient though, it gets you within steps of the hotel.

The hotel was in a quite place. The highway to Zakopane were near to the hotel. The room was big, clean and everything were there. Rezeptionist gave us a kettle when we asked.

The Breakfast was same for all the day. Eventhough there is a private parking space, trucks will be parked in the night in the same parking lot.

Nice old style polish hotel with very good breakfast for a 2 star hotel and the terrace where you can eat breakfast in summer. The hotel is close to the southern ring road (A4) so easy to reach. It's also very close to the Wieliczka salt mine.

Rooms are very hot in Summer. With the ceiling fan it get's cooler though. The distance to the city centre is about 8 km but with a taxi it takes only 7 to 10 minutes.

It was clean and warm 🤗 I had connection to the Internet 👌 Staff was lovely and even ask us if we wanted breakfast before leaving at very early hours in the morning which was really good 🤗❤️ Would I stay again? Definitely - yes.🥰

Hotel is a low budget, but we really didn't mind that it is a little old, it was very very clean, it has parking inside and for the price wr paid it was perfect. We would take it again.

Other that it is old hotel, nothing was bothering us. The food is okay, not so good, but neither was bad.
