Beautiful hotel for a reasonable price, very comfortable beds. I recommend getting a room with a balcony. Good location, everything is within walking distance.

The breakfast had a wide enough selection, but mostly tasteless. Scrambled eggs and pancakes were inedible. Which is surprising because the dishes served later in the same restaurant were tasty. As if there were two completely different restaurants in the morning and evening. The spa is very small and we couldn't even find the salt chamber.

I was expecting some small bottles with cosmetics, like hair shampoo or body lotion, but there are only standart all-in-one bottle for washing. As Im sensitive to smells there was a certain smell in corridors, and rooms, maybe of old building or some chemicals. Anyway, its my own view:)

My husband was absolutely thrilled with this first choice of where to stay upon arriving in Poland. The hotel has a charming old European feel. The bar is a lovely touch. Our room was nicely appointed and comfortable and quiet. Quite accessible by 314 bus (bus stops 1 minute from entrance), it is also just a short and easy walk to the salt mines. Staff was lovely and helpful.

Quite comfortable hotel, nice staff.

The hotel is close to the railway, has quite old furniture, the spa smelled really bad and was not good quality. There is a lot of calc in the bathrooms.. would need a deep clean. I don’t think this was a good value for money, and will not return unfortunately.

The hotel is only a few hundred meters to the Salt Mine and city centre yet the location is very quiet. Also there is a train station you can get a very cheap train to Cracow and get there in 20 min. The staff is very polite and helpful. The use the pool, spa is included in the price of rooms. You can book additional treatments. On the plus side you have a restaurant working until 10 pm and a separate bar/cafe until 11 pm.

Spa was ok however some things were not working (in the pool); Breakfast however, at this price, was a buffet style breakfast but it was pricey. yet, I could not really find anything to eat apart from a piece of cheese, bread and eggs. Tomatoes were in season yet they chose to use the most disgusting and cheap supermarket tomatoes you expect to find in winter I've ever tried. The 'pancakes (American version) were a day old and there was no running honey for them (no maple sirup either). On the plus side the bread and rolls were fresh and you had a coffee machine. I understand 'no waste' policy but too much food resulted thinking: leftovers.

We loved it all. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was really fabulous. It looked as good at it tasted. The hotel decor had character to it and not bland like most hotels. It is walking distance to the salt mines and only 20ish minutes drive ro the city center

We didn't want to go home after a fab weekend

This has been my favourite hotel that I have ever stayed in! Upon arrival, the parking was clear and easy. The reception staff were so lovely and welcoming and had read our special requests as they had prepared a handwritten note and pieces of chocolate cake as it was our honeymoon. They all spoke great English and couldn't do more for us! Within 5 minutes of staying here, we arranged to add another day onto our stay as we loved it so much. The spa was clean and provided us with gowns and towels. Breakfast was very nice with a good range of food. We had dinner in the hotel every night, it was incredibly well priced and was yummy, restaurant staff were also polite and helpful. The hotel was about a 5 minute walk from the salt mines and about 25 minutes into the centre of Krakow by taxi.

Exceptional good breakfast and dinner. Had the best risotto I have ever had. Good parking. Walking distance to the salt mine. Train and bus to Krakow right outside. A little more of two hours drive to Zakopane. Highly recommended if you do not want to stay in the middle of Krakow!

Only thing annoying was a banging noise from somewhere in the hotel. However it stopped around 23.00 hrs.

Clean and classy room. The breakfast was a buffet with various dishes of quality. The swimming pool and sauna were great as well. We were close to the Salt Mine (5 min by foot) and to the train station, which was very convenient to visit Kraków (20 min by train). Nice staff overall!

Great hotel, nice staff. A great base for exploring Wieliczka and Krakow. There is a railway stop next to the hotel, from where you can reach the center of Krakow in 20 minutes. The service is fine.
