The staff were lovely,the room was very clean and comfortable,a nice resturant on site so everything you need is there:)there was also no single use plastic in sight (reusable waterbottle for the room,filtered water tank by the lift,no individually packaged butter,jam or condiments for breakfast) which is a really nice touch:)a great stay in Nowy Sacz:)

A one or two vegan choices for breakfast (for instance hummus or hash browns) would be appreciated:)

This is hotel definitely was a built for business men for one or two nights. Parking is good and the main road is near to the hotel. One good point was the bottle for filtered water.

Even though this is not an old hotel, the furniture was damaged and the breakfast was poor comparing to another 3* hotels.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, the breakfast was good and the staff were helpful with any inquiries. They have free parking on-site.

Not really a problem, but the heating was done by a normal AC unit and an electric heater. They did the job very well.

4th floor room with good views. Clean and spacious room Underground parking is excellent for motorbike security Outside seating area Food and breakfast very good. Staff very helpful and friendly

Nothing to dislike

The family room is good size and nice. Xbox in the lobby was good idea for children and good food in the restaurant (lunch and dinner) .

Room was not 100% redy (Missing shower gel not second roll of toilet paper etc.)

Nice hotel, nice rooms, nice beds, good menu at the restaurant, very nice breakfast buffet, spacious desk in the room, good blackout curtains for total darkness

Literally my only complaint would be that the shower is unable to keep a consistent temperature. It keeps alternating between boiling hot and freezing cold, which isn't exactly comfortable.

Good breakfasts , I also liked the furniture and decoration in the room, and the water cooler in the corridor

It was a bit far out of the city centre , but at least there were no rivers or motorways to cross

Excellent friendly staff.

Showers had water temperature changes without touching the tap. Made taking a showe interesting.

I'm in Nowy Sącz every now and again and always stay at Ibis. Clean, great staff( thumbs up for the lovely ladys who are looking after guests at breakfast),good food. I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Highly recommended!

It's a nice place. Can't say a bad thing about it.

It’s exactly what we need, clean and comfortable, with a supermarket next to it, very convenient! We tried the restaurant on the ground floor, also nice.
