I booked a room in this place because of its convenience to enjoy skiing basically from the door and because of the possibility to enjoy the spa facilities. The room with the balcony had nice views on the mountain and the slopes. The check-in process went smoothly, and, although they had limited knowledge of English at the reception, the receptionist was very friendly and we managed to communicate anyway.

The indoor swimming pool is rather nice, but is not exactly a quite relaxing place.

The food was lovely, so were the restaurant staff. The pool was good and we had a nice view from our room.

Very poor Wi-Fi, hardly ever available in the evenings. I wold expect a bigger room for three people and the TV was really small. Also the playground outside definitely needs improving, it was really disappointing.

I loved this hotel. The staff were lovely, the food was amazing and the room was very comfortable. The entire hotel was super clean and, as a family, we had great use of the pool facilities. The free shuttle bus also made it very easy to pop into town and back.

We really enjoyed the swimming pool, massages and the restaurant. The staff at SPA (both swimming pool & massages) is amazing and the waiters in the restaurant are just..exceptional! We have never met this type of service before. The restaurant staff deserves 100/10. Especially the lady who brought pizza and salad (pizza was so delicious with garlic sauce) and the man who served us in very friendly and welcome manner - joking with us during our dinner. Without these two individuals the overall experience would be have been much worse.

The room was not one of the best for sure. The bathrobes were old and without logo (other guests had this), no slippers (but there were at SPA), no tea bags, sugar, spoons (but there were tea cups and kettle) and what was more frustrating - dirty bed sheet (blood spots and hair)

The rooms are very modern and clean. The staff is extremely friendly. Breakfast was excellent, wide selection of vegetables/fruits/meat/ styles of eggs and more.

The outside jacuzzi didn’t really look like the one from the pictures, but it still gave us nice experience, so it is fine

Breakfast was really good. There was something for every taste. We love polish sausage and meat. Goralski smoked cheese the best. Coffee and home baked polish ciasta after makes good start for the day and hikes.

At the time of our stay there was construction going on on the oter side of the road by Jaworzynka mountain. The noise in the morning if you wanted to sleep in was not good. But being in such a nice mountain setting, you don't really stay in the room for long.

All good. Nice location. Restaurant very pleasant. Food top notch. Room good size and clean. Swimming area very nice. Sauna and outside jacuzzi perfect.

Sauna culture is not good, people entering sauna with swimming suits on and even with slippers. Comon. No drinking water stand near sauna. No cold water pool for cooling.
