It was a nice pleasant stay not too close to crowdy touristic attractions. Hotel in the forest with good restaurant and service. I liked restaurant with nice terrace. Good food - in the evening a-la carte and in the morning as buffet. Everything tasty, fresh and good variety (for diabetics, vegetarians and other diets as well). Spa and wellness close to the rooms. Supportive and nice service, free parking and balconies in the rooms. There is the wellness area with saunas, solarium and jacuzzi. Somebody could say that not everything is new but it's clean, no any bad smell.

Not complains but specific. Spa and wellness area is working from 11:00 so you could not use it in the morning. Swimming pool is good for kids but it's 1m deep and not comfortable for taller people. There was empty wellness area but then the group of 10 women and all of them have decided to sit in jacuzzi without any excuses and we had to leave as 10 people in jacuzzi is not too comfortable. It would be good if somebody would rule it as 2 people feels uncomfortable if this area is crowded. I could imagine how it could be if the hotel is full. Could be also a bit noisy in the high season.

The hotel is nice and the staff was very friendly. The wellness area is clean and there is a small indoor pool which our children enjoyed a lot. The breakfast had plenty of choices and the a la carte restaurant is available for everyone, which is great considering there are no other restaurants in the area. The playroom for children is a big plus, as well as the playground.

The room could have been cleaned better and it would be nice if there was a fridge in the room. The menu at the restaurant was a bit weak.

Breakfast was fantastic. A lot of different options-- fresh crepes, waffles, omelets, freshly squeezed juice, different cheeses and meats. Ski slopes are very close and the property offered a ski bus to and from the slopes. Their dinner menu was spectacular; every dish was delicious. The wellness center has a nice jacuzzi and saunas. The hotel offers activities like nature walks, campfires and yoga for their guests.

The hotel is a little bit isolated. There is a small shop about a kilometer away. The pool is very small and not deep enough for an adult to do laps, it's more targeted for children. The mattresses could use updating, there is no mini fridge.

I liked absolutely everything about this wonderful Ski, Spa Resort. I will most definitely be booking a room for myself and my partner Anna next time we come back to Wierchomla

There was absolutely nothing to dislike, it was a spotlessly clean, large room with comfortable beds and a private balcony. The food was of an extremely high standard at the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner.

Great food, ideal for children, possibility to go to spa and small pool every day 10.00-20.00 and also menu for children was a great quality food. Very polite staff ready to help with anything needed. Great hotel for families with kids (including kids playing area).

Room for 2+2 people was a bit at the edge, But the rest was great.

Wonderful stay, nice people, bus service to ski station (even though the location is very near). Total relaxing stay. A huge choice of delicious food for breakfast. Next time I need to stay for holidays longer.

Very good hotel for family, but also for couples, clean and comfortable, good facilities, children can be entered so patents can get some free time. We were there for a night only and enjoyed our stay. Great food at the restaurant and also a very good breakfast. A bit outdated furniture but not an issue as hotel is very clean.

Nice place in the middle of mountains. Great dinner and breakfast!

Higher price for staying with the dog than in the rest of Poland.

Clean, well maintained space inside and out, plenty of attractions especially for children. Comfortable rooms, great views. Great choice for breakfast, tasty restaurant food. Very nice staff.
