The location is nice, close to the mountain, it is perfect for winter stay. The breakfast was worth the money.

In low season, the mountain car does not work. There is not much things to do in the evening in the neighbourhood. The restaurant was closed at 17.30, keep in mind while planning your stay in the hotel in low season. The bed is not comfortable

This hotel is very convenient if you want to enjoy skiing. The hotel is right at the Gondola, right next to the counter where you buy the skipass and tickets for the gondola.> Staff was very nice, they even helped me store my luggage before I checked in, so that I could go skying in the meantime, and after checking out, so that I could sky some more before catching my train back. The free ski bus stops very close to the entry (at Pegaz hotel). (Just be aware, that the ski bus times change depending on the day of the week). I was lucky that I found space here at the very beginning of the snow season, so I could enjoy a low-season price (last weekend before Christmas). I have checked the prices for January, and they are almost twice as much. Breakfast was good.

I had a room in the ground floor, and I always hope for rooms in upper levels. But I guess that is not always possible.

I came to hotel around 21:30 I was hard working whole day so look forward to enjoy great dinner and cold draft beer restaurant was closed. So we leaved oue luggage in room and went to another hotel across street for dinner and draft beer. We came back at 23:20 and after pulling covers from beds up we discovered that room was used. So I went to reception receptionist comformed that room was used and apologozes for that (pillow blanket was yellow from urine or make up). He gave us another room used too. I asked for manager, manager promised that room was never used first lied that blankets are rumpled from laundry in one minute he forgoted about first lie and told me that it is rumpled becaue it came from laundry like that, but it was used because i found hair on both blankets I know how blankets should smell…, and as hotel business owner I really now how looks like clean blankets. This blankets looked like was minimum 4 days old. So i asked for another room he told me that he doesnt have another room but on booking com was another room opened in extranet as free. So I called to booking and try to get my refund, in booking.com told me if front desk doesnt reply to them in 30 minutes they will pay for another hotel for me or refund. I was speaking with Mr. Harvey R. from booking support. They never replied to me. I never sleep in used bed its hygienic horror, covid? monkey pox?…. So I was driving to another hotel and risking my driver license first time in my life becaue I had two beers and not clean bed! I was never driving after drinking alcohol! They almost destroyed my life. I didnt stayed in hotel and they withdrawed my money from booking like nothing without shame!!! If they will not refund Iam thinking about court solutions… No because of 70€ because of this crazy thing they destroyed my sleeping and whole night and of course next day too I was going to another hotel at 01:00 am!!!!
