The hotel itself, nicely renovated, amazing and helpful staff, everyone was willing to help, restaurant with delicious meals and nice variety of alcohol. Rooms were clean and everything looked perfect.

Three things: 1) bar is closing at 10PM on weekdays, 11PM on weekends (I think that could be extended by 1 hour per weekday and 1 hour per weekend); 2) breakfast was delicious with nice selection but… on Friday we had different breakfast (way much poorer, price should not be the same) than on Saturday 3) Saunas are being open from 3PM - lots of guests wanted to use them before noon

People that work here are exceptionally helpful, courteous and nice. Excellent customer service. Food was fantastic, the beef burger - food heaven. We stayed in a family room, spacious enough for family 2+2. All the spa facilities are great and we were the only people using them most of the time, even though it was during the half term break. Very conveniently located, next to a restaurant, play room for the children with a pool table and some other toys for younger kids. Overall we are very satisfied with our stay.

Good hotel. It is located just on the border with Slovakia. Nice SPA, has a hot tube outdoors with picturesque view. The menu in the restaurant could be more varied. The stuff was nice and helpful.

Great SPA and pool that is open from 9 AM till 10 PM. Great territory: kids playground, nice views on the mountain. Delicious breakfast! Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel with stunning views. (we stayed in room 203) The staff were also awesome. Tomaz in particular made our stay very special and couldn’t do enough for us and really went the extra mile with so many touches. And also Monika on reception was also exceptional.

We really enjoy our stay. The hotel is beautiful and SPA area is awesome with swimming pool with a stunning view on the mountains, saunas and salt grotto. Food in the restaurant was great too.
