Beautiful, wonderful location in a rich forest. How fresh and delicious the air is here. The complex has a main building with rooms, as well as separate villas and townhouses. The rooms are clean and comfortable, you can hear your neighbors, but not critically. Breakfast is a buffet, there is everything you need. The restaurant has delicious food from the menu, ribeye steaks, Angus, from very high-quality meat. On the territory there is a small swimming pool, a tennis court, there is a lake where you can fish for a fee. There is a SPA on the territory, there is also a swimming pool, you can sign up for a massage (in advance), Natalia gave us a massage, a professional in her field. We liked this hotel so much that we decided to stay here again.

The room was recently renovated; the bathroom in particular was very modern. Overall it felt like a very well maintained resort in spite of its age (which showed in some details such as the indoor swimming pool feeling a bit old). The restaurant was also nice and tasty and had huge portions.

The layout of the bathroom was a bit unfortunate - the toilet was squeezed in between shower and sink and as a result the space was so narrow that usage was a bit inconvenient - definitely not suitable for oversized people!

- It would be nice if there was a playroom for the kids, especially when the weather is rainy and very cold outside. - maybe it will also be nice if there is a fever thermometer, only advice of course :)

Everything was very clean,it is a very nice place

The fact that the use of the external swimming pool wasn’t included in the price of the room.We could have used the one in the spa without extra cost but we had to pay extra for the external one,which for us being guests in the hotel didn’t make much sense.

We enjoyed a lot the outside pools - you pay extra but the water is heated. The sunsets are over the lakes and are gorgeous. We stayed in a bungalow and liked our private terrace and grill

Breakfast had enough choices. Restaurant which we used for lunches and dinners has very good quality of food.

There could be more vegetarian/vegan warm dishes in the restaurant menu

Sauna only came on for a limited time. so if we worked a late shift it wasn't on in the mornings

No blinds in the windows in the room. Cleaning staff not always friendly

Nice hotel. Comfortable beds (more on the firm side, which is our preference)

Bathroom not well organised and cramped.

Offers many activities for the family, nice blend of nature and luxury, pool was relatively warm.

The parking gate left a little to be desired.
