Beautiful design. Our room was gorgeous. A lot of care has been taken with lights and decor.

I didn’t see a thing I didn’t like!

It seems different now. We stayed here many times before and it was a great experience. Now as I understand they are changing things, so we will see how it will be next time. They still offer a good breakfast, the rooms are the same - clean. Wifi credentials are offered at the reception for free. The garage is still available for the extra fee. Still good place for staying.

Unfortunately, the restaurant is closed until the end of the year (as we understood it).

Great location. Just a few minutes’ walk to the city center. Excellent breakfast, similar to most hotels in Poland (scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, etc.). A wide selection of cold appetizers.

Our room was in the attic, with skylights, which felt uncomfortable as you couldn’t see anything through the windows. They could only be opened by 1-2 centimeters, and we wanted fresh air in the room. There was no air conditioning.

This small 3☆ hotel is an amazing little gem of a hotel! Everything was perfect from arrival to departure. If we ever drive through Poland again we will definitely stay there. The room was just perfect. The staff did everything to make us feel welcome. The restaurant in the hotel was a real surprise! I did not expect to get splendid italian food in a small polish border town yet we did! An excellent classic spagetti alla carbonara and my husband's pizza - he said the best he has eaten! But the biggest surprise was the breakfast! I have stayed in 4☆ and 5☆ during my career but Velvet Hotel outshone many of them. Pls note: The photos included are NOT outside but the hotel breakfast which was excellent!

Can't thing of anything I wish we could have stayed another day!

I always stay at the hotel when travelling to and from Baltic countries. The rooms are clean and spacious, there is a paid minibar and two free glass bottles of water, the bathroom has shampoo, shower gel and soap. Parking is free, there are always free spaces, and there is a paid guarded underground garage. The hotel also has a free sauna. For breakfast there are various options - boiled sausages, scrambled eggs, fresh vegetables and fruits, various cheeses, pastries, desserts, coffee, etc.

A medium-sized hotel with nice renovations. The staff is friendly, and parking is available (limited spots, some even free). Breakfast offers a wide variety of options. The room is quite spacious and includes a kettle, TV, and hairdryer.

We stayed under the roof, and the window let in light in the morning. Some guests might not like the glass door to the bathroom.

Though we arrived late and were hesitating if we have enough time for both dinner and spa - the lady at the reception let us not worry and kept the spa zone a bit longer so that we could enjoy the evening

The mattress was too soft for me, but that’s more of a personal thing

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Restaurant is part of hotel and it offered even late dinner less than hour before closing time. Hotel has everything what one would expect. Location is good for travelers as its not far from highway but it is also close to a shopping center. Parking is right next to hotel on private property with ramps. Room was nice, cozy and comfortable. Breakfast offered very rich selection and it could be easily one of the highlights of the stay.

Nothing much to say. There wasn't anything particularly bad. Maybe just that there was small soap bar for hands available which I used completely during my one night stay. I assume I would get more if I asked (and needed) and probably they refill amenities during cleaning anyway.

Room was comfortable, everything was thought of. I wish the pillows were a bit higher, but overall - the beds were super comfortable. Nice lightning in bathroom. Superb breakfast with wide choice of various food. Friendly staff. Would recommend this hotel!

The only con was that the bathroom needed a light repair because of visible signs of depreciation.
