The rooms are comfortable, the staff is helpful, the breakfast is very good. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Check-in from 3:00 PM. We arrived at 10:00 AM, they checked the rooms and we were able to move in.

We had hoped to spend more time in the pool and saunas. The water is cool, the spaces are very uncomfortably cold, there is no place to put shampoo in the showers. The men's showers had cold water. Saunas are open for a short time from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM, swimming pool until 8:00 PM. The pillows are very small.

Very nice rooms, very good breakfast, beautiful location.

In the beginning it was a bit confusing, how to book for spa procedures, but in the end it was clear that it has to be done separately from the general hotel reception.

The location is very good near a great path bordering the lake and forest to the Augustow city centre.

The breakfast was not as good as we are used to. The kind of foods available perhaps were more suited for the elderly population that was in attendance at the hotel when we were there.

We liked the place very mutch. Especialy friendly, profesional and helpfull was Inga from the spa . Extraordinary staff member.

It was cold in the spa zone. We asked to clean our room and we expected that the towels will be changed. But it wasn`t. Even that towel which was on the floor. It was cleaned, but not changed... It was so unpleasant. also, there was a plastic sheet on our bed. For me, it was very uncomfortable to sleep,. It will be better if next time this plastic sheet is removed.

The staff - 10/10! Never had a better service in my life. Special thank to Inga at reception, she went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Food was great, massage was amazing too.

Pool was lukewarm and jacuzzi was way too cold.
