Beautiful and fancy hotel. Good breakfast.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. Very clean, friendly staff, good food and comfortable beds. Spa facilities were good including salt cave and private jacuzzi with sauna. Prices for food and drink were good value.

car parking extra charge is inappropriate as you need a car to get there. There were a lot of families with young children and it would be better if the hotel tried to place couples on a different floor or wing.

Everything was perfect. The location is great, it is near the city but at the same time it is surrounded by nature. The breakfast was amazing. A lot of options to choose from. SPA is not super big but it is really good and enough for relaxation. There is a pool with different places for thermal massage, sauna and one other pool. Really liked my stay there. It was my second time at this hotel and now it is a lot better after rastauration.

Everything was fine, except for the internet connection, which was rather uneven and slow.

We didn't like: 1) The price for the pet per night: it was 37 EUR per night (for a small dog)! Actually, this was the highest price we have ever paid for the pet in the EU. 2) All the receptionists were very polite and helpful, except for one blond middle-aged lady at the reception, who was quite rude in answering the questions.

The facilities for our young kids were amazing; from the play room, and playground in the outdoor of the restaurant to the bike hire and location riding to the lake swimming and line course. The breakfast and restaurant food were also fantastic.

The only issue we had was there was no towels available for rent to take to the beach. We were told to take the room towel but were then charged 100zloty for it being sandy.

Hotel was okay. Nothing wow about it but pleasant, clean and comfortable with a good breakfast. Lake view was okay through the trees but a bit scruffy around the grounds. Spa was very good with sauna and jacuzzi style pool. The jets were amazing. Parking was only free if you found a park on the road. Nice walks and bike rides in the area.

Hotel Warszawa is located in Augustow on Lake Necko. The location is beautiful. We were there on Christmas Eve and the place was decorated for Christmas beautifully. We had a late dinner, and the food was also excellent. The spa section with the small pool was also very relaxing. Breakfast was the expected Polish style breakfast, complete with the sweet cheese filled pancakes.

The wifi was a bit complicated to set up and required many attempts to set it up. It uses a service called Social Wifi, which requires you to log in using one of your social media accounts, with 2-3 factor authentication across devices.

Perfect playroom for kids, this hotel is really kids-friendly. Nice spa, not big, but functional for a nice runaway minute. The staff was really nice, polite and friendly. 4 of 4 family members left pleased with staying.

A bit small bathroom as for studio/family room. Water was splashing on the floor while using the sink, which is not great when little wonderer crawling around the room :) still not a tradegy

Great location by the lake with a beach and activities, and many walking paths. Staff extremely welcoming and polite. Room a good size and clean. Good value for money in every way.

It's a very nice location, and a very nice hotel, with very polite staff (except for the breakfast guy). The spa is very pretty basic, but very clean, and very nice. The waitstaff at the bar, and at the reception desk were unfailingly polite and helpful.

The breakfast attendant thinks it's more important for him to fill up his (and kitchen staff) multiple coffee cups from the one and only machine when guests are waiting to get themselves a coffee. Also, the charges for pets (25 euro/night) are quite expensive. Parking ought to be free. There's no one coming there without a car, so it's a given that one needs to park, so it feels a bit like nickel and diming to be charged for parking.
