Let me tell other travellers that whoever built and manages this place has really given it some consideration. It's one of a kind. There is astounding soundproofing in this building. I am pretty sensitive to noise. No expense has been spared here. The walls are a foot thick, totally solid, and every window is TRIPLE glazed. I have never been anywhere like it, it is superb. It helps because the building is on a busy traffic junction. And the owner has even added SUPERB functioning air-conditioning. No messing about, it just works. So in August you can relax in near silence and stay cool. My room had a nice view of the town spires and a superb shower. EVERYTHING is new and functions well. I am truly astounded at the price, it has to be the best value place in Europe for the quality you get. Tea and coffee and kettle in the room. Downstairs is a superbly equipped kitchen with an Italian coffee machine, full of beans, ready to go! Everywhere is spotlessly clean and nothing is falling apart, which at this price for Eastern Europe is saying something. It is truly a shame to have to walk out of the door. Thank you.

The pillows are a little soft. Please replace the bulb in the table lamp with a warm white bulb, the current light is too blue-toned and bright. Because the overhead lights are very bright, the table lamp should be soft. To get in you have no choice but to ring up the number to a non English speaker and ask for a code to open a locker where the key is stored. First time someone arrived in a car to open the locker and give me the key. But second booking I called and they said they'd 'send a message'. I waited 45 minutes and rang again. Then the code came via a booking.com message. Please simplify this process by just sending the guest their licker code as soon as the booking is confirmed. Why should they have to make a call and just HOPE someone picks up? Thank you.

it was super close to the Wiechlice shooting range and we were attending competition there, so it was top location for us. It was clean and comfortable with kitchen and all the stuff that you need, near there is 24/7 shop/petrol station and supermarket. so in general very good place to stay in the area

The interior of the place was really nice. The set up of our room despite small was good. We enjoyed the shared kitchen and specially the price.

Someone smoked in our room before. Wifi wasn’t working the first day and we had to turn it off and on again.

Easy to park. Near to some shops and restaurants. The room is clean.

The toilet is quite small. Some ants are in the room.

Compact room, thoughfully designed and well equipped, air conditioning worked well (33 degrees on day I arrived) - first place in this trip with aircon - fridge (though there was something wrong with the one in my room - not cold though operating all the time). Out of centre a bit but close to supermarkey and Bricomarche and room was quiet.

Few minor marks, knocks on wall that could be touched up.

Free Parking, great giant shower head. Close to the centre. Kitchen to use.

No breakfast. WiFi was a bit slow.

It is great place and location to travel to inner land if Poland from it

Everything is clean and new. Looks like it was resently renovated

There was not so much to like. The room was crampy and not equipped and setup in the way it should to accommodate two people. We had our dog with us wich could not sleep properly on the ground, because there was simply not enough space. The shower was ok, but toilet area again very narrow. Beds were ok.

AC was not working in the way it should have. Fridge was connected but did not cool at all. We would not book this place on the way back.
