Clean and cozy, quiet. We also had a good dinner at the hotel restaurant.

The breakfast options were good, it was nice being offered made to order eggs with a latte when walking into the dining room. Staff was friendly and the room was very spacious.

The beds were a little firm for my preferences. The only thing that was weird was their website and all the booking sites listed the hotel as full when it seemed pretty empty and there was a key checkout system that had a lot of keys still in the lock box. Only reason that was an issue for us was becuase we were travelling with friends who had to stay offsite somewhere else because the hotel we were in was "full."

Guests: We were a couple with two elementary school-aged children, a total of four people. We drove. Location: Located near an area with many Polish tableware shops, it's convenient for those visiting shops to buy tableware. The shops are a 1-2 minute drive away. Allow a 10-15 minute walk. Parking: There was a parking space behind the hotel. It's a good idea to let the staff know you're driving and check if there's a space available. You can enter and exit the shops freely during opening hours, so if you're planning to buy a lot, you can drive there. Reception: The staff were very friendly and helpful to our family. They spoke English, which was helpful. The procedures and explanations were also smooth and excellent. Room: We stayed in a family room. The room was very tasteful, giving us a good travel experience. There was a bathtub, so we were able to take a long bath. The bed was comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. There was a smart TV, so we spent our time watching videos on YouTube with my children. Breakfast: The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast, which included ham, sausages, bread, drinks, and even homemade egg salad.

(If I had to say something)*To make your stay more comfortable... - The curtains weren't blackout, so it was a little bright in the morning. - There was no kettle to boil water. (There was bottled water, so it wasn't a problem.) - It might be a good idea to bring your own conditioner after washing your hair.

The staff at check-in and check-out were very friendly and helpful, making the stay pleasant. The room felt a bit old but was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the lack of a refrigerator. Dinner at the hotel’s restaurant was delightful, with delicious Polish cuisine and the honey beer was absolutely fantastic. Breakfast was also tasty, and overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

Staff are fabulous. Room is super cozy with choice of either A/C or keeping the window open for ventilation. Room was well-lit and clean. Appreciated the choice of pillow sizes. Love all of the items for sale in the hotel foyer. Appreciate the off-street free parking and on-site restaurant. The location, for Polish pottery shoppers, cannot be beat. This hotel is where I always stay whenever I visit Boleslawiec and I always highly recommend it to my friends.

The shower in my room (Room 6) only had two-thirds of a shower door so it lets in cold air during a shower. I would request a different room if I came again. The walls are a bit thin so you hear the loud snorer in the room next door quite easily.

Staff at hotel were very friendly and welcoming (Magda, Jack, & Kinga). Family Room was very spacious for 4 adults, double WC in room was a nice bonus. Bar had excellent selection of local beers (recommend the Honey Beer), as well as, good dinner selection in restaurant. Breakfast had a wide variety of local and continental options. Homemade preserves/fruit compotes were excellent! Also enjoyed the bar & pool table.

Great little hotel, very family-feel to it. Tucked away in a little sidestreet, so it's quiet, but an easy walk into the town centre. The breakfast was amazing, didn't eat dinner there, but imagine it would be great. Friendly staff too and a secure car park, but doubt you'd need it.

We thought the breakfast was great! A nice selection of meats, toast and pastry, made to order eggs, coffee and fresh fruit and oats options. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating and went out of their way to make sure we all were comfortable during our stay.

The beds were a little firm for some people in our party but overall, we loved the hotel.

Fabulous, friendly staff, terrific items for purchase in the lobby, and cute, clean little rooms. Having a on-site restaurant was supremely convenient. Breakfast choices are abundant and excellent. Location, just a stone's throw away from pottery stores, couldn't be better. Very quiet and safe location. This is my go-to place to stay every time I am in Boleslawiec.

The walls between the rooms are a bit thin if there is a loud snoring person next door. Honestly, I have only very minor quibbles with this hotel. Overall, I am extremely pleased with it.
