The place was more or less perfect. Not a thing to complain about. The check-in process was quite nice with polite and friendly greeting. The room was clean with comfy beds, the balconies were also nice. The WiFi worked well. The breakfast was good and the selection quite rich. The view from around the hotel windows was stunning. There was also a small children's play corner near the restaurant, so activities for the whole family.

Maybe if to become picky, there could be some bigger trash bins inside the room. The parking could be also arranged a bit better, but nothing very dramatic.

The frontdesk staff spoke excellent English and checked us in in 2 minutes. She then went above and beyond by taking my friend who had an infected wound in his hand to the hospital after her shift. She stayed with him and interpreted for him until everything was taken care of. The hotel is located in the center of a charming historic town with cobblestone streets and picturesque townhouses. You can easily reach all major sights, convenient stores and restaurants by foot from the hotel. The room was clean and functional and the breakfast was excellent.

We arrived to the hotel at 22:00 and the kitchen was already closed, but they were kind enough to offer us some really good food.

Great location, regularly ok hotel, very very nice food at the restaurant, amazingly nice staff except few individuals.

They should have bigger sheets to actually cover the mattress, new towels, nicer pillows and generally modernise it a little bit.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Beds are comfortable. Very clean. Restaurant is recently renovated, beautiful and food was great for dinner and breakfast.

Cleaning of the room wasn’t thoroughly done. Water came out of the shower since the doors were not hermetically closed.

Excellent customer service, very good breakfast,and strong wifi. My room was cleaned daily. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable hotel close in the center of Złotoryja. We have used it as a stopover on the way. Breakfast was very good, personnel was extremely kind and helpful. Good value for money.

It could be separate shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the room.

Friendly and helpful staff. Well located on the roundabout just outside the main sites. Almost MP traffic at night. Some parking was available in front of the hotel - maybe 8 - 10 spaces. But this was low-season. Not sure if there is additional parking somewhere else for busier times. Rooms are nice but a little dated. (Who cares??)
