Location was good, rooms were spacious and clean. Plenty of towels, gowns, slippers were provided in the room. Staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly. Steam room was good too.

Food - its a very small town with very limited provision for food/restaurants made worse that it was New Years eve. Yet, on arrival, we were told that the resturant is fully booked and did not offer even provision of take away. This seemed poor as the Hotel ought to realise their paid guests might need food who may struggle to find any nearby. It was problematic for us especially given we had young children. Swimming pool - water was cold, so much so that despite several attempt, we could not use it, it was disappointing. We could not use massaging service either because it was fully booked, but no advance warning was given.

Entertainment options for children in the hotel ( bowling, kids corner, air hockey, table tennis etc ). The food in the restaurant was good including the breakfast. The swimming pool in the 5th floor and the sauna ( we have not been to the sauna because our children don’t like it). Also there is a Thai massage salon ( we have not used it). We had a spacious one bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen.

The reception / entrance area was not very inviting and it could be improved. The restaurant area was a bit outdated and we think the overall design of the hotel could be more modern. Please note that the parking costs extra and is not included in the price.

The room was comfortable. The swimming pool was good and refreshing and the rooftop bar/ restaurant was very nice. I didn't have high hopes but was pleasantly surprised with it all.

While most everything was perfect there is always something that could be better. The breakfast was good and plenty but the tables were not cleaned from previous breakfast guests so it was difficult to find an available place to eat breakfast that did not have someone elses used breakfast dishes. Staff were slow to clean tables for other breakfast guests.

Very good price/value at the time of our travel. Parking on 3rd floor was exotic, but under the roof (paid 45 PLN for night ~11 EUR). Nice swimming pool with a view on 5th floor, sauna and roof terrace with a bar. Spacious room with AC (very important during summer time travel). Nice churches around the corner. Very wide choice for breakfast - good one. Large inner yard/terrace accessible from the room (and from other rooms on the floor). Friendly staff.

Such a lovely place. Everything is clean, rooms are big and cosy. Pool and Sauna on top of the hotel are top! And there is also a possibility to play tennis at the roof of the hotel! And a large and well equipped gym available. Only warning is that I should imagine that on weekends the rooftop party place might make it hard to sleep. Then again if drinks and dancing is your game… ☺️ P.S. Check the Italian restaurant near the church! Loved the pasta there!

Location is practically in the town square with nice rooftop views from the big balcony rooms facing the street, the staff I found friendly and helpful, and a decent breakfast with good variety.

The rooftop that used to be a "club" was run down, which is a shame considering it's a perfect place to relax, and I'm not sure all the facilities were available? The restaurant was understaffed during meals, and the barlady was also a waitress, so service was a bit slow. Rooms getting a bit '90s feel already.

I think, we like everything there - breakfast was tasty, room clean and on the same floor like the swimming pool. Lokation - in the cetre of town is great too.

The hotel didn´t do, what promissed - we wanted a room with bathtube...there was a shower....we wanted the reservation for bowling - they wrote to me "we done"...but it was not truth. Is not good:o(

I enjoyed everything that I used in the Hotel. Breakfasts, room, location in the centre of the city, the top level of the building where you can eat, relax, enjoy the view, and the car park in the building was exactly what we wanted.

Hotel near the old town, in a quiet place. There are excellent views from the window! Open terrace on the roof. Comfortable room ( bathrobes, fridge, safe, teapot, bottled water, nice mattress). Good breakfast buffet 😋. Free swimming pool (small) & sauna - were additional pluses

Expensive cost of hotel parking

The staff were all lovely, the bathroom in the room was exceptionally clean, well presented and mostly new. The breakfast was great and the facilities, pool and sauna were great. Rooftop bar looked fun!

Noise from gym equipment could be heard in the room and the room was a bit dated in the decor dept.
