breakfast was good, just problems with juice machine

The biggest problem was at late night from 17-18th August. There is the door code one should enter. I returned late to the hotel, first door was open, but second outside door closed - so the code does not work. I had to stay outside until the servant let me in. Perhaps he saw me in camera. It was around midnight and he was watching sports. Nice... did not know if I will get in at all.. another thing is that officially swimming pool is open from 12pm, so when check out You cannot make it. Visited the Fitness center, a bit of unpolite girl asked where do I come from and if I am from hotel. This is not how one treat the clients, even B2B

New renovated rooms, very clean, nice front desk and an amazing breakfast! Breakfast def 10/10

I think it’s not for the family stay. We were on the first floor and also there is the area of the entertainment which is too loud. Including the music at night. Also the hotel name doesn’t match with the booking fully and that created some confusion.

Great swimming pool and view of the city from there. Sauna included as well. Very tasty breakfast with pancakes, scrambled eggs or salmon.

Thin walls and noisy closing of doors - you know about every knocking on the doors and closing them. Personal could be more friendly, they do what they should but sometimes with very annoyed face. Process of using of sauna could be more well described - I took always my towel but it was very wet after sweating on it, so I put it on the ground every day to be changed to new one. Some of people wore bathrobe and didn't find where they got it.

Lobby for guests with the cash point was useful for me. Friendly staff willing to help every time. Free gym for guests lacated in the same building. Free swimming pool for guests. Bali massage at the top floor, paid separately but was well worth it.

It was great to have sauna and a swimming pool in the evening. Breakfast was also very good. Great location and parking in the building.

The only minus - a very narrow double bed in a narrow room.

too many things in one place. I have a problem reaching my room - a problem with the sauna - you need to go through the bar area... but it is maybe because of me.

Nice rooftop bar where you can spend the free vouchers for drinks that you receive on check-in. Nice swimming pool with view on the city + sauna.

Friendly staff, huge gym, lots of add ons: Sauna, pool, gym, breakfast. They allowed pets and were very respectful towards privacy

I don’t like all floor carpets but I accept that this is a personal preference

Breakfast The best, we’ve noticed few improvements there. Staff helpful, clean public areas and rooms, great service at the bar - Kamila is a star :)
