The property is really nice, well furnished and clean. The location is excellent, everything you need is very close by. The breakfast was wonderful.

The ventilation system or recuperation (no idea what but it is not affected by the AC as I tried to turn it off and it still went on) is very loud and turns on and off during the whole time. It is really annoying and makes it hard to sleep even for a person that is not a light sleeper as myself. We were party of 4 in 2 separate rooms and all woke up several time during the night and had hard time falling asleep again.

We have stayed here on numerous polish pottery shopping trips in the past. So we stayed here again and all was great. The only difference is they no longer have a parking garage, so we had to park on the street. The hotel has one free parking (the one we got) space and 3 handicap spaces. Otherwise, parking must be paid by the machine from 8am to 6pm. Breakfast was a typical European breakfast with meats, cheeses, breads and jellies, coffee and tea. Location is very close to the town square with many pizza restaurants and 1 local menu! Friendly staff and clean room with good air conditioning!

No garage any more. Must park on the street. And the toilet paper roll was squeezed behind the seat of the toilet making it awkward to use.

Incredible location to both the old town and parking to explore all of the factories in Boleslawiec. Amazing value and decent breakfast. Staff was very helpful.

the only downside was all the rooms were on the same floor and those facing the street were a little loud on Friday night. But that's not the hotel's fault. Just a reality of having street facing windows.

Walk in shower, bathroom high quality and clean. The entire hotel felt well maintained and it was peaceful.

Hotel page showed they offer laundry service but it was not specified that it's not offered on the weekends and that it's provided by an outside company. One of the reasons I booked my room here was because I needed the laundry service which wasn't available during my stay.

Friendly and helpful staff accommodated my last-minute requests no problem. The fee for my dog was 50zł, which I think is reasonable, especially that nobody made a fuss about the size (30+ kg) or the breed (amstaff). The room was spotless, and the location is great – right next to the market square. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfy. Entire property wheelchair accessible. We would be happy to come back in the future.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The service at the reception, cleaning service, breakfast service were amazing. I would definitely give the service personnel more than 5star! Would definitely stay again.

Was unable to get the breakfast most days due to having to leave early, but the few times I did get it the food was good and there were plenty of options. Location and room were nice, easy to walk to restaurants nearby for dinner.

Very modern, clean and comfortable. Staff were brilliant and answered every question and help with every query. Room was amazing, spacious, clean and modern. Definitely recommend for one night or for a weeklong stay.

The location was perfect very near the beautiful town center. The breakfast was exceptional, delious with a variety of food each morning.

The rooms are really spacious. The welcome was truly nice and we felt really good about it. Breakfast is delicious, with many local products. Nice and friendly staff. The hotel has got a very nice design, with beautiful details.

There is only one parking lot in front of the hotel, so you need to wait out if someone else is leaving, in order to park your car. The matrace was far too soft as for my liking.
