Very good breakfast (even though the scrambled eggs were always cold). SPA facilities available without additional fees. Dogs are welcome - free of charge (at least we were not asked for a fee) This place is quite authentic - Wiechlice looks like a typical polish village - no tourists there - and the sorroundings of Wiechlice and Szprotawa are great for hiking/cycling and sightseeing.

The pool - quite nice - but the plates fall off from the pool walls and they are everywhere, and when you step on one of them - quite painful. Additionally - Sauna doors don't fit the door frame - cold wind is basically blowing on the floor level, but luckily if you have your bathrobe you can use it as a gasket :)

Apartment where we stayed was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Choice of breakfast was good!

Staff were friendly except one man. He was an unpleasant man, but generally speaking that’s all.

Carpet in the room was really dirty (maybe better not to have it at all), as well as places under bed and other amenities. It was really not comfortable to walk in bare feet.

Apartment size, interiors, front desk and spa crew. Spa is very nice and gives plenty of options.

Waitresses at restaurant seemed bored and kept asking particular tables loudly about menu/drinks/orders/whatever from across the room, instead of doing it at the table - like in 1st world service. Odd thing was charge for dish. Asked for Barszcz but without Pelmieni, which is only beet soup with nothing in it, waitress said no problem and we’ll get it without charging for Pelmieni, and then got full bill. So there went our tip.

Was travelling for the sport event nearby. Excellent stay, good meals at the restaurant, good location for my purpose of stay. Gonna stay here again next year.

We loved everything about it! The staff made us feel like family! The food was amazing! The palace itself was extraordinary, including the rooms. The pool and sauna were beyond wonderful! We will be going back!

There isn’t one thing we didn’t like. Everything was beyond our expectations.

Excellent hotel, well laid out grounds, friendly and helpful staff, the food was of a very high standard. Secure parking in there CCTV covered car park and the gates were locked over night.

The room was spacious with excellent furnishings. The surrounding area was a pleasure to visit and the swimming pool a real bonus!

We always request a double bed, but it seems in Poland a double bed is two single beds put together. This has generally been my experience, but it didn't mar my stay in any way

The air conditioner didn't work and the TV couldn't have the lektor turned off but it's a great place.
