The location and service were good!

I booked a room that had airconditioning, but it didn’t work and I had to pay extra. Luckily the reception was able to arrange another room for us really quickly, even 1 hour before check in time. I am really happy with this service! The breakfast was extremely basic, but on the other side, for the price we paid, we shouldn’t complain. It was included anyway.

accomodation was good, no remarks; I used welleness which was really nice, a bit much noice during aquarobic sessions ;)

breakfast was ok, I tried fresh prepared stuff which I found personally not really tasty

Confortable beds, free parking, great & helpful personell. The breakfast room was renovated in a nice way and the food was diverse and tasty.

An overall oldish aspect in the hotel and in the rooms. Quite far from any places of interest.

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff in the restaurant and breakfast team were great. Your housekeeping staff very friendly. We really felt welcome!

We would like to mention only the front desk staff. They need to know that they are the first & last person to meet the guest. Our suggestion : a little hospitality training will fix it!

Staff were so helpful. When car broke down all staff were concerned and organised help to get us underway. The 'apartment' we were allocated was the icing on our holiday cake. Our only missing item was 'air con' but who would of expected 32 degrees for the entire 16 days of our holiday. £2 on train to Katowice? Incredible! Plus only 15 minutes journey.

bathroom clean, quietness, very smart personnel close to the Tyskye brewery museum and to the city center

limited park place inside, but lot of space on the nearby road breakfast too much 'continental', some more sweet pieces (like an apple pie i.e.) would have been apreciated

Food is great but you need to wait a long time for it, so be prepared for that. Room was clean and had everything it needed. Staff was nice and helpful. It had a parking space just outside the entrance.

Waiting time for food, but it is compensated by quality of it.

I was offered early check in and coffee while I was waiting for my room. Staff was very friendly. I experienced exceptional good service also after I left the hotel. I have forgotten things at hotel and staff contacted me right away after my check out. It was very nice of them.

Great wellness and spa,great food , great staff

The bed wasn't the best, but I am tall and heavy(193 cm/108kg).
