Great location by the beach and all amenities. Good breakfast. Staff were very polite. Ability to pre book late check out was good. Hotel was very clean. Access to Aquapark was a nice bonus and only a 10 minute walk.

I booked twin room but two single beds were joined together and had a single sheet. Nowhere to hang your beach towels. We had a fifth floor room so only roof windows which I was not aware of at the time of booking. No aircon. No coffee in the room, only tea.

SUPER clean facilities, excellent location, in close proximity to the beach. Nice modern room and bathroom. I would like to complement the kitchen chef, Ms. Olga- friendly, professional, and helpful.

Limited parking space. Unexpectedly poor quality pillows ( very uncomfortable, appeared to be old). Everything else was wonderful.

Very good location. They offer a spa and pool in the 5-stars-sister-hotel. But that is a 25 minute walk.

The senior receptionist preferred to chat with her collegues at the breakfast buffet instead of attending the reception desk when guests want to check-out.

The breakfast room is a little small and cramped. They did provide allocated times for breakfast, but everyone from our slot turned up at the same time. Otherwise the food was good.

Location to the beach was great. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, I would def stay here again. But maybe a diff floor.

I could hear everyone going up and down the stairs, and the noise from the dining room for breakfast. My room was close to the dining room. Not much soundproofing in the rooms.

A bit too noisy at the nighttime. I think it's all about door/floor gap and noise blocker installation.

Buffet style breakfast provided lots of choice, varied from day to day and was tasty. Hotel staff were courteous and helpful. We took advantage of free access to Aquapark facilities at Grand Lubicz.
