Wonderful staff - the best! All smiling faces, accommodating, friendly, and sincerely tried to make our stay comfortable. Paulina was exceptional with our girls and made them feel special! The facilities are wonderful, good food with a wide variety of options and generous portions, live music on the weekend, and truly family friendly.

It got hot in the room with the afternoon sun, and it was difficult to cool the room for sleeping. I also wish the masseuse would have asked for my comfort during the massage and adjusted pressure accordingly. Otherwise, fantastic stay!

I have already reviewed this hotel some years ago and I am delighted to say that it remains as lovely as in the past. Indeed, I noticed one improvement, namely the addition of kettle in the rooms. All the services are excellent, the staff is friendly, breakfast plentiful, the swimming pool clean and inviting. The location is also excellent: a few minutes walk from the train station, near the bus stop for Slupsk and about 10 minutes walk to the beach.

We have booked our rooms with Booking.com. We were given smallest, tiniest rooms however lovely receptionist Blazej kindy upgraded rooms to better size for free. Thanks to this nice gesture our stay was really pleasant. Food is outstanding. Prices at restaurant very reasonable compared to restaurants outside. Good selection of food for breakfest including Proseco😊 All staff very polite and professional There was one lady at the reception who didn’t quite much the level of servvice offered by others

From the check-in with the young gentleman, who was incredibly professional and very helpful... to the amazing sommelier at the bar Marciej, who makes an incredible Espresso Martini... To the massage therapist at the spa. My stay was outstanding! Will definitely be back.

The fact that none of the rooms have air conditioning is a major problem for me personally.

Wonderful hotel. I stayed there several times during my previous visits to Ustka. It is a cozy place with all the amenities one needs. Great swimming pool. Excellent breakfast. For those using public transport the location is perfect with a 2 mins walk to the bus stop for the Slupsk buses.
