Rooms are very big and spacious. In compare to other hotels visited they're above medium. You have plenty of place to do whatever you want or need. Rooms are very clean. Room service works 7 day a week and really, really does it job. General stuff is very friendly and helpful. Our request was fulfilled in a matter of three minutes. Restaurant offers a nice selection in menu with a fair prices and ultrafast delivery (even complex dishes prepared under 15 minutes, awesome!). Breakfast menu should satisfy most travellers and offers variety of options, including some rare ones (lard and boiled beets). For those planning to stay here, it is important to note that the hotel itself is located within 20 minutes walk from city center (and about 10-15 minutes walk from two beautiful lakes). For those coming with car (and for us) it was not a problem at all. But those with limited walking ability or experience may need to take this into an account.

The only small thing that I didn't like were pillows which are extremely thin. Our request for another two was fulfilled in a matter of minutes, but even with additional pillows we were sleeping nearly flat (horizontal). Also this is probably due to low amount of guest staying overnight usually, but at least tiny part of restaurant (pub only) could stay open later than until 10pm (9pm on Sunday). We spent most of our days active and enjoying some late-evening drink would be nice. But, these are really, really little things that doesn't affect the overall above expectations rating.

We choose hotel because of fitness, but sadly, you can access fitness only from 10:00 in the morning (no possibility for hotel guests to use it earlier, which is inconvenient if you want to sport before breakfast). Reception was waiting us only till 22:00 and restaurant of course was closed at 22:00 with no possibility even to use bar for glass of bear:-) No shops around and gas's station close to the hotel very pure of selection to buy something to eat after a long day drive. In other ways it's clean and nice hotel. Hotel team was very friendly and tried to help even not knowing English:-)

Breakfast ok

After using shower, the fan should stay on for longer, even if people leave the room. First thing we noticed after entering the room in was smelly in the shower. Kind of moldy smell . Room should be freshed with open window, not AC ( the weather was good enough to open window). All in all we were satisfied.

It was clean and comfortable. A good sized room. Staff were helpful and I appreciated being able to store my bike.

You can hear very clearly the music and dropping of weights in the gym. Luckily it was Saturday, so the noise stopped at 6pm.

Water pressure too small in the shower. Only 2 small pillows (and a bit flat) in one room for 2 people.

As it wasn't my first time in Hotel Rondo, I can only recommend it and will use it in the future for sure.

Beautiful hotel, great stuff and lovely food.

Disappointed that we couldn’t get to use the spa facility, hopefully it will be open next year for our wedding as it will be great for our guests to enjoy.

There was the music beat coming up from the gym all day witch made me waking up from 4am and I could hear it until it stopped by 10pm

Friendly staff, nice restaurant

It’s a nice size property, with big rooms, nice restaurant and a quiet outdoor area. Also staff is very helpful and polite.

There is only one little thing I have noticed. You can hear the music from the gym in your room which is not ideal if you visiting with kids. Our baby slept well though as our room was a bit further from the gym.
