I have stayed here multiple times, it is a lovely hotel and the location is perfect. The food is beautiful and the staff are all super friendly and helpful.

This time, the mattress was very worn out and the bed linen was quite old and worn, clean but old and the room was very dusty, like it hadn't been used for a while. I was disappointed with this because the standards are usually quite high here. It won't stop me staying again but some new mattresses and bed linen are needed along with a deep clean of the room to bring the standards back to where it was.

1. Close to the center (15 min walk) but in a quiet area. 2. Spacious parking. 3. Spacious room ("Triple room"). 4. Friendly personnel - allowed us to check out 1 hour later and use the parking for several hours more, all free of charge. 5. Disposable slippers - for the first time in a European hotel! 6. 3 bottles of water free of charge.

1. No cutlery in the room. 2. Only one elevator on each side of the building, so be prepared for some wait time. 3. Breakfast is good, but I've seen better in some 3-star hotels.

Service and personnel was friendly, Restaurant was quite good with a good wine selection I had no times to check the swimming pool or the fitness room

Breakfast was quite good but limited in fresh fruits and fresh juice Location is not the best and not close to the centrum It is not as well the best location for jogging

The hotel is a business hotel with several meeting rooms and staff well versed in dealing with guests needs. The breakfast is very good. Good social areas.

There was work being done on the front of the hotel which detracted from the look of the hotel and there was some debris from the work on the ground. Also there was some noise from the builders during the day but not on the evening.

Reception people, very accommodating., excellent restaurant. Love being able to park my motorcycle at the front of the hotel.

Sauna and fitness facilities and access not up to par. I didn't like that the hotel would charge for coffee, which usually, at four star hotels is available, for example in the lobby.

This is not the first time when I have stayed in this hotel. I think is the best hotel in Torun, perfect location and close to the town, the hotel has everything you need, the breakfast is delicious and the food in the restaurant is amazing. Highly recommended.

Great room, very comfortable, airy, big. Good bed and mattress. Had a good night sleep. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was very delicious.

While staying there, sometimes a street could be noisy when you have an open window, but not too much.

Excellent collation, very close to the town, very good breakfast with a lots of choices, staff very nice and always willing to help. Special thank you fior Gosia, Jakub, Daniel and Kacper for fantastic service and spoiling us every day 😀

The breakfast was very good, offering a wide variety of options. Although the hotel is not located directly in the heart of the old town, it is just a short walk away. The staff at both the restaurant and the front desk were very friendly.

The beds could benefit from an update as they were somewhat saggy and a bit narrow.

- very old looking room furniture - just two plugs in the whole room (no plug at the bed) - just a very small trash bin in the bathroom, none in the actual room - the gym is not a real gym, just a treadmill and a bar for pull ups and dips and some very light dumbells
