Apartment was great we had all we needed and location was very good for our needs .Customer Service always on hand if and when needed. We will surely be re booking this very same one for our next year holiday.

The fact that we had to climb the last flight of stairs to get to our top floor apartment because the lift is only going to the third floor but having had the amazing panoramic views from the windows we won't be complaining too much. Just a suggestion please look and clean the washing machine filter as some of the towels that were given to us after re wash came out stained what was reported to a customer Service.

This is a wonderful apartment to spend a few days (weeks!) in the wonderful town of Torun. The apartment has all the amenities that you need (great washing machine!!!) and the kitchen is well-equipped for whipping up some simple meals when one gets tired (if possible) of the variety of food available in Torun town. Within walking distance of all the main sights of the city but far away so that the position is quiet It is also located right next to the Torun city train station and I had a wonderful trip to Wroclaw taking the (reasonably) fast train to that city too! Definitely met and exceed all my expectations.

Airyness , cleanliness. Good space. Nice decor. Use of kitchen and washing machine. Large TV. Very warm when very cold outside. Glad of lift to floor 3 Agent answered phone promptly for our queries.

Missed a microwave, potato masher and casseroles for the oven. Couldn't see the view as windows high and small . Would have been nice if lift had gone all the way up. Took us a long time to workout how sofa turned into a double bed. No written instructions.

the toilet seat was broken, there was mold in the coffee machine and there are no blinds on the windows

Location

I suggest investing more in cleaning and washing the dishes. Also worth checking the mattress as well as the pillows - those are dirty. The sofa is not particularly comfortable to sleep for two people.
