Big rooms, wood and leather inside. Comfy beds and huge bathroom. Kitchenette with all you could need for short stay. Great location, helpful and responsive staff

Building is crooked a little bit, nothing noticeable at first sight. Coriddors are narrow, staircase is difficult to climb if you are overweight or taller than 175cm During my visit I noticed that instead of Air conditioning unit they provided 2 small air coolers. Sadly I couldn't use them during hot night because they were so dirty inside I hid them in the corner to not breathe in skin and hair of previous customers. I did notify the staff and they promised to clean them

It was our gateway weekend, so we wanted to rest and recharge, and apartment was amazing for it. - bed super comfy - lovely space with unique design - quality furniture, it's not an ikea vibe, it feels special - huge spacious bathroom with lovely bath - the breakfast was phenomenal (congrats to the chef, we loved it and was precisely what we needed, delivered to the apartment) - very clean, quiet - fab location - I will recommend whole family - and you employ such a lovely staff! The girl with breakfast - so nice, please complement her on our behalf.

Sauna was either booked or not working, either way would be good to know before we arrived.

Excellent central location, it’s easy to get into the property, lovely decorations for Valentine’s Day in the hall and free gingerbread and jellies in the basket for children and other guests, which was a nice touch. Contact with the host was also very good. I recommend this property.

I didn’t like the cold floor in the bathroom. Floor heating would have been perfect there but don’t get me wrong, the radiator was on and it was fine. There are free slippers at the property which was nice so you can just wear those.

Beautiful, spacious apartment with all the required amenities in the old town,even with a terrace. Shame we were there just for a night as it's very comfortable. Parking just around the corner.

We had the apartment on the 3rd floor but the stairs actually were quite comfortable. Not sure why in such a nicely decorated apartment,there was an option of disco lights over the bed;)

The property was ideally located with lots of attractions and main square nearby. The apartment was clean spacious comfortable and had everything you would need for your stay. Staff were very pleasant and attentive. The room was ready before the original check in time which was an added bonus on us arriving earlier. Breakfasts were of a good selection and enjoyable.

There were no negative things about the property itself, guests staying in additional rooms could be heard louder at times but that’s to be expected in an older buildings.

We initially ran into some problems with our room being swapped for one we didn't book. Ms Paulina came up with a solution and moved us into a better room promptly. To be honest, this is the first time we were treated so well by any management in a hotel and the like. The staff in the restaurant were also extremely nice and helpful. Nicely designed, specious, apartment had everything we needed. Good localisation - in strict center and in same time in very quiet street. We order breakfast and it was delicious! I was a bit nervous about getting in with just code but it came to be super easy. Last but not least custom service on the highest level!! Paula is amaizing!!! ❤️ If we be back in Toruń, we are going also back to this apartments.

Very friendly helpful staff. Comfortable room right in the centre of the old town.

Sometimes there are functions at the hotel. It’s lovely to see people happy and having fun. However if you’re after a quiet stay it might be worth checking booked functions during your stay.

Great location, was only few min away from the old city town. Big and clean apartment.

The window in the bathroom should have roller blinds and was quite noisy when they were cleaning an apartment beside ours. Bed wasn't comfortable enough.

Very tasteful design, comfortable bed and bedding. Perfect location. Nice breakfast delivered to the room.

The first evening was a bit chilly, but asked was informed of a small heater in the room, and the second night was toasty warm.
