This is an amazing boutique hotel ideal for relaxation. The room was superb and even included a bath as well as a separate shower. There are options in the hotel for a jacuzzi and the restaurant looked very good. The room included a flat screen tv, coffee/tea and a comfortable bed. Very relaxing. The location was excellent as it was in the old historical town, and was actually just across the road from the Copernicus museum/house. It was a really excellent hotel .... Highly recommended

Perfect

Out of season here for business. A very stylish and well done old building with trendy and stylish modernisation. The room was very small but it was very slick and perfect for what I needed with a lovely balcony I imagine being an incredible place to stay in warmer months. Staff were extremely helpful. It is everything a trendy modernised boutique hotel should be in a perfect location in this fabulous town. I hope to re-visit when the town is in season.

Perfect location in the old town of Toruń. Helpful and friendly staff. Good size room. Tasty breakfast with made to order hot breakfast (scrambled eggs, omelett etc).

Perhaps a lot of new hires on the staff? Kind and helpful, but didn't always get everything right on the first try. For example, our room had 4 bottles of conditioner, and no shampoo... Worked inefficient at Breakfast and reception.

Breakfast was a little strange. Some cold dishes and eggs cooked to order but no way of making toast. But adequate and nutritious. Good to have a fridge and window doors that opened. Fantastic shower in bathroom. Robes and slippers provided. Good selection of wine and food in the restaurant. Very attentive and pleasant staff who spoke exceptional English.

Room lighting system was very complicated so needed time to work out! Room wasn't serviced ( not sure if this was policy) which didn't worry me too much but would have liked the bin emptied and toilet roll and water replaced. Parking cost a little high as it's only on road parking, not enclosed , so car at risk of damage and is charged daily. 70zl per day. I left at 9.00am and didn't return til 4.30 so would have been cheaper to have parked in a normal meter space a couple of spaces along. Very quiet and very well placed. This hotel has a lift which others in the old town don't.

The breakfast was superb. The owner was on hand helping and asking people if they would like a warm dish - i.e. scrambled eggs, omelets, fried eggs - all freshly made there and then. Each room is different and unique. The whole hotel was really nicely done. I really could not find any fault with it at all

I didn't expect the hotel to be that nice. Very clean. Breakfast (for every diet from keto to vege) and coffee yummy. Location in a great place, in the old town of Toruń. Hotel in the atmosphere of Toruń with a modern twist. Staff super friendly and helpful. The hotel is also very quiet. You can hear the birds singing in the morning, and sometimes the bell of the nearby church.

Charming hotel with friendly service, excellent location in the old town, very clean room, excellent exceptionally delicious and plentiful breakfast with a large selection of food options, own pastries, juices. We also had the opportunity to be treated to wine served by the hospitable owner of the hotel.

Amazing staff, friendly, professional, and courteous. Very large, modern room, and wonderful bathroom. Terrace hot tub was an amazing way to end the day! Hotel restaurant is phenomenal and service was exceptional.

Room air conditioners didn’t seem to work very well.

perfect location in the Old Town. great hotel restaurant. good wifi and possibility for parking just in front of the hotel. the staff at the reception is very polite, but the most we loved the lady (we don’t know her name) who was preparing omelettes for breakfast- livery approach to clients, kind, a lot of positive energy from her.

in the morning when we had breakfast a lot of hustle in the breakfast room. I think the owner was preparing already for another event, moving tables and cleaning stuff. giving orders to the staff. a bit disturbing for guest enjoying breakfast

Clean, modern and everything in good condition.

The faucet. It was hard to actually enable the water and there was no space at all to place items like a bag or perfume in the bathroom. A single shelve on the wall would do the trick.
