Breakfast ok, good location, there are the pool, good sound isolation from other rooms and corridor. Nice rooms.

Poor window soundproofing, Cleanliness could be improved. The floor in the bathroom near the toilet looks like it was dripped and bottles were standing there. The stains on the floor don't get cleaned after mopping. The shower doesn't have a curtain, so it splashes right up to the toilet. The bed sheets are clean, but the blankets themselves have yellow stains visible through the cracks.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. Second time I have been. Will be back for sure. Room is very spacious overlooking the stunning river. Very comfortable bed. Pool very chilled serving drinks and snacks.. Ironing room a nice touch. Breakfast my favourite, delicious array of salads and hot food plus unlimited prossecco a lovely touch. Salt restaurant amazing next time I go will try the 5 course taster menu. Cant wait to return.

Cannot think of anything really. Maybe a small thing but could do with maybe few more toiletries like separate shampoo and conditioner and box of tissues. Maybe still water along with sparkling water. But just my thoughts.

It was a great experience, the pool inside and outside on hot days was amazing. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the river. When there was a full moon, it was so romantic to sit on the balcony and enjoy the cool night. The bar was fully equipped with professional staff, the bartender created a special drink of gin with lavender for us. I highly recommend

That swimming pool had specific hours to be open.

The beauty of the grounds here is wonderful. The staff was exceptional in all areas. We especially appreciated the housekeeping staff. The rest of the staff were also so friendly kind. The bar tenders are talented in presentation and the creation all of their drinks and were very helpful with all of our questions about local drinks. It is a very easy walk through a beautifully kept park to Old Town Torun. The breakfast was beyond anything we could imagine. Many different offerings in several locations. Local foods, international foods, several fresh vegetable and fruit choices. The friendly staff kept things clean and comfortable at all times. The in-house beauty salon is run by exceptional beauticians Exceptional for groups, and very comfortable for individuals. Wonderful all around.

the 2 swimming pools were excellent dinning and bar were excellent our room overlooking the pool was fantastic

pillows were terrible tiny and they were foam asked the cleaners if they had feather ones but was told no the other negative was there was no iron in the room i find this very extraordinary as this was a 4 star hotel these were the only two negatives

Good room size , with nice view of the river and hotel grounds .excellent breakfast with superb range of food for all tastes .

At check in we should have been offered a complimentary glass of wine but had to ask for it and then had to explain the offer to staff at the desk .If you are going to make an offer of a complimentary drink ,it would be nice to be offered it at check in . The bed was a great size and comfortable but the duvet was too small for the bed so we ended up fighting for the duvet during the night .Car parking is an expensive extra .

A wonderful hotel in a fantastic location; on the river and right next to the old walled town. The swimming pools, the spa, the bar, and the restaurant were all superb. Our room had a balcony overlooking the river, and the bed was really comfortable.

Perfect location, walking distance to “Old town “ Comfortable bad. Big bedroom with a terrace, living room and one and half bathroom. Breakfast was included and huge variety of food. There was a bowl with water waiting for my dog. Love the place and will recommend to everybody

Rooms not clean. They didn’t change the sheets and not once my balcony was cleaned. Cans and bottles on the balcony from previous customers, spiders and webs. My balcony door was not cleaned once lots of fingerprints. For that amount of money i will never stay there again.

this is my third time at the Copernicus and I’ve already booked again for next year. love the restaurant, the pool and the facilities.

the bed is very comfortable however the pillows and bedding is very poor. I did ask for firmer pillows and the hotel supplied a good selection however, the bedding is a very important part of any stay in any hotel. if others have mentioned the same then the hotel should look to improve.
