Ideal location in the heart of historical centre of Toruń. Parking place in front of the hotel( for additional fee but who would complain in the middle of the old town?), very spacious, nicely furnished, very clean room with comfy beds and super pillows. Bottle of water free of charge. Very helpful receptionist upon arrival.

Probably due to the fact that it is located in an old building there was a little unpleasant smell of sewage in the bathroom. Really a minor issue, only for very delicate nostrils. Very sufficient selection for breakfast, but it has not been completed fluently, although we have come to the dining room one hour before closing time.

Fantastic location, on a quiet street just around the corner from the Old Town square. 5 minutes walk from the bus stop (if you need to get to and from the railway station). Lovely spacious and bright room, with all the amenities promised, including slippers and bathrobes. Nice-sized bathroom with soap from dispensers (no other toiletries). Strong air conditioning and plenty of hot water. Quite a spread for breakfast, including hot dishes and a variety of cut fruit. Friendly, English-speaking receptionists. I would definitely stay there again.

Mattress and pillows were softer than I would have preferred.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were excellent. There is a limited amount of parking available at the hotel (4 spaces) but there is a very good underground car park a short walk away. The hotel is in a great position for exploring the sights of the old town, plus its many cafes and restaurants. Torun is a lovely place to visit.

The value is outstanding! The vibe of the place is something special, definitely recommend. And the breakfast - much better than 4 starred Bulwar. As a vegetarian (no meat only), I find it the best breakfast in Poland so far. Many options for all, the quality of food is outstanding - I enjoyed very much. The staff is also generous and accommodating - 10/10

A bit outdated place, definitely would benefit from cosmetic renovation.

Great location inside of Old Town across from the cathedral. I had the Large Double Room which was indeed large, Al though not fancy. The breakfast and breakfast room were great. They had bikes that you can rent, which I did. The people at the reception desk were cheerfully helpful.

A box of tissues and a safe would have been nice.

I liked the location. Right in the old town. The old interior. The buffet breakfast 50zl. The assistance to find parking close by for 40zl a night.

No kettle for cups of tea. But reception has one to borrow so just ask. The bed was to soft and dipped in the middle and I only got 1 bed pillow with a little one for a double bed. A bit strange as I pay for a double so I expect all facilities for a double bed.

Solaris is a hotel for people who like to enjoy the taste of decor, architecture and style, especially Gothic. The hotel occupies 5 floors in a stylish medieval tenement house. It is small but atmospheric, the staff is very polite and helpful in everything. Close to important places in Toruń, including an underground parking lot. Excellent breakfasts, large selection of meals, very tasty bread, etc.

You could invest a little in the aesthetics of your bathrooms.

This hotel exudes character. What the room lacks in size is more than compensated for by the robes, slippers, luggage rack, heated towel rack, bottled water and excellent breakfast. The bathroom is more than large enough. Spotless and you can’t get a better location. Out the front door and you are in old town. Easy walk to the entire UNESCO area. Add in the friendly service and you definitely want to come back soon!

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights, it's perfect for a weekend trip to Toruń. The buulding is old and historic so the starir were steep, there's an elevator too. There's no cleaning during your stay but we didn't need it. The key is old fashioned traditional, no magnet card. Overall recommended

Beautiful medieval hotel in a great location. My suite was huge and had a gorgeous painted ceiling that was a delight to wake up to. Welcoming 24 hr staff in lobby and a reserved parking space in front of the hotel.

Bathroom is a bit outdated and the shower system got everything wet. At night the water didn't get hot but the mornings were fine.
