The location is absolutely superb, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. We particularly appreciated the pleasant and professional communication from the reception staff, which made both check-in and check-out processes seamless. The PIN code access to the room was a highly convenient feature, simplifying entry. Our room was spacious with a charming, old-town-like interior, truly enhancing the historical atmosphere.

The breakfast was quite modest, especially when compared to similar-level hotels we've experienced in Poland. We also found a shortage of power outlets in the room, and those available were inconveniently placed. A more personal discomfort was the narrow toilet seat, which was surprisingly uncomfortable. A significant concern was the limited staff presence, as it appeared the reception was only staffed until noon, leaving the hotel without personnel afterward. This raises questions about assistance needs in the evening and created uncertainty regarding luggage storage after check-out, as it's unclear how access would be granted once the entry code expires.

I definitely like its location, hotel is situated in the heart of old city, and far from traffic streets. Room was clean, everything needed was there. Fridge was useful for storing cakes and beer. Staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious. I like automatic code system when there are no need to have physic keys for hotel room.

Some spots on curtains and some spots on the walls confused me a bit. There was not shelf for shampoo in shower. Since hotel is in old building there are no elevator there. This could be confusing for people with disabilities or with deseases. Anyway that complaints are minor.

Everything - the staff in particular were fantastic and inredibly helpful. Location was awesome too.

Honestly being in an attic room killed me on the stairs with no lift BUT, i knew that going in. The building was traditional and the gorgeous staircase was well worth it. And one of the cleaning staff volunteered to help with my suitcase when she saw I was struggling half way up. I felt guilty but I took the assistance.

The air conditioning was wonderful and we were able to be checked in early so they contacted us to let us know and when I asked for extra pillow and some coffee, the gal who checked us in made sure we had both of those things right away

Stairs but a minor inconvenience The bathroom look nice, but the shower didn’t really work. And the sink is put together poorly, and if you didn’t run the water a little higher, it just stripped behind the basin didn’t give much space to put anything just needs to be reconfigured

Excellent breakfast, wide array of choice. In the center of old town, easy to find due to Green lady at the road entrance. She carries a basket of gingerbread. Host was very helpful. We appreciated being able to leave our bags. Large apartment, lovely tiled shower/wc unit.

Not sure if the air conditioning was on, shut the curtain and opened window at night.

The best hotel we have ever slept at! Huge room (#1), tastefully decorated, great bathroom, old-style yet modern, comfortable and functioning. Very central, a few minutes walk to the old town city square. The breakfast was also good.

The parking arrangement were not entirely clear from the description at Booking but there is good public parking nearby at Dominikanska 9. The hotel has only two reserved slots in the street in front of the building.

Well located and friendly staff. Spacious room. Smallish but adequate bathroom. It had a free Breakfast which we were not counting on and it was delicious so that was a nice surprise.

The lighting in the room is horrendous. It’s very dim with several missing lightbulbs and it made it very difficult to read in the room. The decorations are very old world and we could only figure out how to get one channel on the TV and it was in Polish.

The hotel is very beautiful. It is located in the city center. There are many restaurants and stores nearby. The hotel is very modern and you get all checkin information by email in advance. I think it is very good for short stays

I didn't understand how the room cleaning takes place. The shower door is very small and the bathroom gets wet.

Lovely, spacious, clean room with air conditioning. Big bathroom, excellent shower. Nice breakfast. No noise from other rooms during our stay.

The hotel is only staffed for a couple of hours in the morning, although staff are nearby and can come quickly if there is any problem.

Wonderful breakfast with many options. Bed was decently comfortable, not too firm or too soft. Excellent shower water pressure. When our A/C didn't work they promptly switched us to a different room. Fantastically located.

The pillows weren't great, a bit lumpy. No black tea was offered at breakfast, though there were many different coffee options.
