Great location, across the street from the old town, however with free secure parking. Room was spacious and comfortable, with air conditioner. Renovated bathroom with shower head on a hose. Buffet breakfast is a good deal if you like big breakfast. Fancy coffee machine and chef offering various options to customize scrambled eggs or sausages.

Building has no elevator and a lot of stairs, even to the small restaurant in the basement. Streetcar noise may wake you up too early.

Do not be misled by the unexciting exterior, the rooms have been completely renovated and have all you need. The breakfast buffet is quite good, as are the wifi and the free parking. Easy access to public transport and a stone's throw away from the old town make this hotel a very good choice when you are planning a stay in Torun.

The location of the hotel was excellent as it is on the edge of the old town and within easy walking distance of all the important sites. The historic building is unique and interesting. Breakfast was very good and set me up for the day. The staff was helpful and friendly, allowing me to store my luggage after checkout until I had to catch my train.

The hotel is right next to the old town, which means that the room might be noisy because of the people on the street.

Conveniently located right across the street from the old town and nearby tram/bus stops, despite the age of the building the room is quite large, very clean, and bathroom very modern.

The multi-turn key door lock are quite tricky to use for opening/locking your room, it also does not have an elevator, but since this is an old and historical building perhaps that's to be expected?

The very loud music coming from outside speakers!!, all day and until very late at night ( until 1 am), from the Tapas Pizza Restaurant situated opposite the Hotel.

Good size room, great location (just at the edge of the old town), free private parking (and we could leave the car there also after checking out), interior funrishings are old but classy, staff was very helpfull.

No AC in the room (just a large fan) might be an issue on very hot days. Also no fridge, in case you want to store some things in a cool place over night.

We were in a room facing the main road, so in the summer with the window open it was noisy. Ask for a room facing the car park. It might be quieter if you want to open the window.
