We felt very welcome by the majority of the workers. Room with great space. Mattress and sofa are great. Amazing expectable view. Quality of materials of the room are not premium, but all looks very well thought and designed.

Breakfast being a vegan family was completely not satisfactory. It has a few vegan options (not all described as vegan) but very heavy food- similar to a side of a lunch/dinner. 100% juice (of a machine that mixes concentrated juices with water - similar to a McDonalds).

The hotel is excellent! The pools are very good, the saunas and the kids space are amazing, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast has a lot of options. The bar is also good and the parking is also very good and organized. I would definitely stay again.

Some little things annoyed me. First of all, the elevator is a real issue. We stayed on the 4th floor and to go to the pools we needed to use the stairs until the 0 floor, which is not convenient. If you have mobility problems, please reconsider going there. The floor near to the swimming pool is not very suitable. It's very slippery and I saw many kids falling there. Please be aware of it. And lastly, besides the reception, the staff barely speak english. I can understand it considering the amount of people from Poland in the hotel, but it's something that annoyed me a bunch of times.

Great hotel. Comfortable, big, quiet, clean rooms. Nicely decorated. Fully stoked mini bar. Big bathroom. Big, nice comfy bed. And great view form balcony. Great food options for breakfast and dinner. Amazing cocktails :-) Hotel is located on the side of the mountain so car is best way to get to town center. Staff were amazing, friendly and professional. Overall we had great experience!

It was big, clean, beautiful view and lovely staff

That the beds were together when the reservation specified they would be separated. This wasn’t a massive issue as the beds then later were separated but we had to wait for this to be done.

Absolutely loved our stay! The views were breathtaking, the facilities brand new and spotless, and the modern decor gave everything a luxurious touch. The food was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A perfect 5-star experience from start to finish!

Underground parking is available, though the parking spaces can be a bit tight. You may find it especially difficult to pass through on levels 1 and 2 when they are already full, particularly if larger vehicles are parked on both sides.

Great top hotel. + Good restaurant. Amazing cocktails in a bar (kudos to barman!) + Very good modern rooms with good mount views (really optimal planning as in fact all rooms have good view). + Good sauna area and pool. + Fun room! + Ski and bike rent. + Location! + hint: the hotel is almost empty on Sunday evenings

In fact everything was great! Only few minor comments (not even concerns): - Queue on a reception if you come on Friday / Saturday at 15-17) - Quite expensive parking with no alternatives (good one) - Complex dinner is quite expensive which make more sense to go to restaurant (both options are good quality) - not a cheap hotel for sure (it shouldn't taking into account the highest quality)

At this place you will meet nice stuff. Breakfast always nice and sweet. Nice parking slots and easy access make your life easier. Also bar always give you a wide veriety to go with

A lot of people hanging in the midday at the balcony. So it make you feel a bit not comfortable - as you cant simply open the window. Moreover its load when everybody is hanging at their balconies and you see everybody

Everything. From staff to installations and kindness from reception which gave us the opportunity of a later check out. Breakfast was amazing. Definitely would come back

A very average burgers ordered via the room service for a very above average price. Fries without speck salt, tasteless :(
