Nice location that forces you to walk a little but not too far away from the center. Breakfasts were nice. Nice staff. Swimming pool - great for kids. Bar :)

3rd bed was a sofa and was very uncomfortable. Housekeeping was done once in 4 days. Breakfasts although tasty VERY expensive. You can tell the hotel is a little dated

This hotel is somehow special. It may seem like a labyrinth inside with all the between floors and tricky lift and you can feel it is an older building (in a good way), but well equipped and modern. As there is no restaurant in the hotel (just bar on the 1+ floor), people seem to be buying some snack in the groceries down in the city. Hotel team expected this, so you can find glasses, plates, cutlery or a fridge in the room. SPA is great too. Cascaded pool (good for kids), hot tub with an amazing view to nearby hills. There is enough towels and dressing gowns for SPA in the room. Last but not least - breakfast. In case you are bored with all the typical 4*/5* breakfast offers, here you won't. You may find various typical Polish kind of spreads, soup, pastry, eggs with herbs, etc...i took 3 rounds to taste all of them ;-) All fresh, delicious and local. Watch out - breakfast is served 8-10AM only. To sum up - for a few moments, it was like hotel of ghosts => you barely see the staff, however everything in the hotel works perfectly and natural.

In the pool, i could see some rusty sink covers. But apart from this minor thing, i consider this hotel clean. well, and one more thing - perhaps the hotel management/procurement could think of offering a better red wines. For just +2eur/0.7l bottle they could easily supply their bar with better quality wines. (and stay low cost still).

Room was clean and we had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious. What needs to be highlighted is view from balcony.

Size of the room should be bigger, but I guess we got what we paid for. Services near spa area could be better. We were missing cold shower near saunas, some drinkable water in the area.

Marcin the cook and the staff were wonderful. They were so polite and took care of us. we really felt like they were catering to us. it was a special place indeed. Marcin cooked for us every morning and the food was unbelievably tasty! I cannot say enough good things about him and his food. So much food and such a variety. The food was always prepared fresh and hot. The staff there were so friendly and flexible without our late arrival and checkout. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Appartment was really spacious, clean and comfy. Breakfast was delicious. Spa was nice. Massage was exceptional and one of the best we have received! Will definetely come back!

The swimming pool and sauna area was a bit crowded in the evening. The hotel is located uphill, to get into the town, one needs to walk a bit.

The food was delicious. Breakfast was superb! The cook and kitchen stuff looked after every guest to meet everyone's expectation. They prepared separate meal for me, when they found out, that I'm on the plant based diet, even though I didn't request it.

Very good breakfast, amazing view from the pool, very nice and friendly staff. Eclectic style (little creepy) but I really liked it. Good price for value
