Magnificent views, delicious breakfasts with vast selection of food, swimming pool with a view, really kids friendly with teddies, dwarfs and other characters everywhere, there was also a playroom. Though there is no food served on the spot, mostly drinks, there are two restaurants down the mountain which belong to the same owner with gorgeous food. They also offer free delivery under certain conditions.

Really hard to sleep in the attic room in the summer time, it was too hot, bathroom ventilation wasn’t always working, small problems with the light or sink drain.

There is no restaurant only delivery from the restaurant which is in the city of Wisła although there was plenty of space to eat it. Matress should be higher as was hitting my legs on the bed frame

The hotel is located on the top of the hill with outstanding views over beskidy mountains, you can enjoy scenery from the heated outdoor swimming pool with drinks in the hand, no other place in Wisla has anything like it. We loved it so much.

The rooms are clean, nicely decorated, the bathrooms are fine, you have nothing to complain about

There is not always someone at the reception, so sometimes you have to wait or look around for an employee

Hotel in a very nice location. The staff is very nice and helpful. Very good and delicious breakfast.

The room in the attic had a very cold bathroom so the towels were damp as they did not dry out and smell bad. The floor was cold. The sound insulation is very poor, you can hear all the voices even on the ground floor.

Clean and quiet. Nice location

Everything closed after 9 pm, nothing in the room like kettle not even 1 teabag while very far from any restaurant or shop. Breakfast nicely served but plates extremely small snd only white bread. Starts late 08:30, nothing to do in the morning. Nobody in the reception, nobody to ask about jacuzzi, nothing written in the house rules.
