The rooms were big and clean, late check-out was not a problem, bed linen was of good quality, bathroom was new and functional. Excellent location next to old town, good value for money.

There was a fire alarm at 6.57 am, because of some people were smoking in their room. There was no one in the reception and absolutely no advice or information of what to do, no announcements or any communication for guests. Most of guests didn't even wake up from the alarm. Luckily there was no real fire! The person at reception did not give any comments or apologies or anything of the incident. No air conditioning, no fridge, no safety deposit box. Breakfast not worth buying.

Night shift employee was the biggest asset of this hotel. Very accommodating and smiled person. Other thing that I liked was breakfast and location - near Pigal squere, right in the center.

My room was connected to extra room which was totally empty. It would be a good idea to add there a sofa and armchairs to fill the space and make it more comfortable for travellers.

Amazing find. Great staff and recently renovated room. Brilliant location and breakfast.....will definitely be back. Noticed most of the negative comments focused on the Hotel not having a lift which I find very unfair as there are only 3 floors and the majority of the rooms are on the first two.

The hotel shares one entrance within the hotel restaurant which turns into a nightclub on the weekend. Witnessed some rowdy clientele being removed by police from the nightclub and so we felt as if we were walking into a police precinct not a hotel when returning from the town.

There was no lift, which normally wouldn't be an issue, however, on this occasion I had very large heavy luggage which made it difficult getting up and down the stairs. No kettle/coffee/tea making facility.

Perfect location, Price adequate to the quality. Room was spacious and breakfast was excellent.

The bed needs upgrade, hotel restaurant was closed on e=the evening, and TV offered limited channel selection (mainly POL national controlled media).

No elevator, rooms starts from upstairs on level 1. Building needs to be renovated from outside.
