The hotel is situated in a beautiful, quiet area, near a forest, suitable for short walks. The food was fantastic, the wellness excellent, the relaxation areas, including the pool, very nice and pleasant environment. The room was sufficient, just for sleeping :-). Less storage space in the closets, if we go for more days, more space would be required.

We had room 204 on the 1st floor, which was located directly above the outdoor tables where people were smoking. It is unpleasant, because several times I could not open the window and ventilate. The comfort of the guests should come first, it would be appropriate to move the smoking area to a place where it would not bother anyone. A small comment about the bar area, where you could eat, we missed music there that would limit the clapping of people and loud conversations. We witnessed one hotel guest putting his bare feet on a chair, the hotel employee saw it, since he was serving them, but did not say anything. I believe that such unpleasant situations should be dealt with directly by the hotel manager.

I really liked the spa area which had all the attractions a spa might need: a swimming pool, all kinds of saunas, a salt cave, jacuzzi, a massage parlour. I thought the staff was extremely helpful and kind, especially the elder ladies. I loved the confines of the bed and the size of rooms.

I thought the prices were a bit steep, given the location and the fact that this is not an upscale modern high-end facility, but a decent, comfy, if a little kitschy roadside hotel with a spa area. If we could knock off a hundred or two, the price would sit just right. Plus it is kind of hard to use the spa in the morning of your departure, since it only opens at 10 and check-out is at 11. This minimises the chances people would actually use it in the morning, for, say, an invigorating morning swim. There were too many bachelorette parties for my taste - someone travelling with young kids - but I am well aware that they are probably the usual crowd here - and young children are less frequent guests.

I was missing more towel hangers in the bathroom, water dispenser in multiple places in spa area (Especially in naked area in sauna), heater in room was a bit insufficient to maintain comfy temperature inside room, water in jacuzzi was not clean. We had double bed made from two single beds and when we wanted to cuddle we will be short of duvet and fall in the bed divide.

Spa and wellness with its quiet rooms and massages, restaurant and its great food, big rooms (comfort plus), friendly receptionist and enough parking space.

The beds could use a renovation and breakfast options could have a simple description of some food items. At least for sauces, jams and similar.

Very spacious room, everything is clean. Hotel staff is very polite and welcoming. Tasty breakfast. Comfy beds. SPA area is an absolute dream! We enjoyed it and booked a massage additionally.

Maybe tea/coffee in the room would be great.

The jacuzzi has one big problem: there is no handle for going in/out. My mom had a big problem to get out.

All was great - hotel, room, wellness zone, breakfast and restaurant itself

One minus is that water in shower was not flowing to the right place, but directly to the room which makes taking a shower almost impossible. This problem was known by hotel staff but we weren't warned in advance

Everything was perfect, starting with a very kind lady at the reception, following the nice, clean room with A/C, relaxing in wellness and the pool and ending the next day with perfect breakfast with so many options to choose from. 20 mins from beautiful Szczyrk mountain resort.

When I'm in Bielsko Biala I normally book this hotel for the position, the services and kindness of staff.

As suggested last time to SPA attendants, hotel managemnt should place some panels in the SPA with "SILENCE PLEASE". Many guests infact continuously talk in the sauna, in the turkish bath and the relaxing area. SPA is not a lounge bar, everybody can stay 15 minutes without talking...
