The hostel staff was absolutely amazing!!! The man at the reception was so nice and friendly to us!!!! Also liked the breakfast at the hostel (cereal with milk/sandwich). Everything was so clean: our room, hallway, toilets, common kitchen. The atmosphere of the hostel was really nice. There were a few people at the hostel, so it was quite at night.

This hostel is in a good location, not too far from the train station and not too far from the old town. The hostel is clean and has good hot water in the shower. There is an elevator and helpful staff. There is a kitchen that is fine and a patio with chairs and a table. For a room in the attic and a shared bath the price was too high.

Proximity to main train station and downtown area. Great Value, clean room. Literature regarding local area available in room and at front desk. Warm reception at check-in/check-out very friendly staff

Need new towels and/or could could use some fabric softener laundering towel. Was like drying off with sandpaper. Need a bar of soap in the room, or make it available at reception. Hot water in the shower was inconsistent.

We liked the value, the location, cleanliness, that the furnishings and layout was creatively done, decent quality, spacious, and very comfortable. My husband and I were in a double with private bath. There was also a pullout couch for a child or 3rd guest. I had worried that the place might be overrun by unwashed, young backpackers or families with young noisy children, but in fact it was quiet. We stayed 3 nights mid-September 2024.

I'm a regular guest at this Hostel. The Owners and Staff are very kind and friendly. The place is clean and pleasantly decorated. It is in a super location. I can't recommend it enough. It is my accomodation choice when I visit Bielsko-Biala.

Firstly, the receptionist was absolutely amazing—helpful, friendly, and informative. The room was spacious enough, clean, with fresh towels and a comfortable bed. Additionally, there was a kitchen with tea and coffee, and in the morning, you could grab a small bite for breakfast—amazing! The location was just a five-minute walk from the main train station.

The location is great as it's close to the main railway and bus stations. I got a bigger room than I expected (definitely above needs of my 1-night stay), the bed was super comfy, additionally there was a washbasin in my room which was useful. The bathroom was very clean and there was even a washing machine. And a complimentary small breakfast - awesome!

Amazing hostel. Perfectly located 5 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes to the town centre. Comfortable and super clean rooms and lovely stuff. Free coffee and tea and even a small "symbolic" breakfast offered every morning. Nothing major, but if you're happy with cornflakes and fresh roll with jam or soft cheese, you might be sorted for breakfast. Great little terrace and cosy common area. Incredible value for money, too! You can't go wrong with this place!

This is a great hostel. The hostel is centrally located very close to the city centre and the main train station of Bielsko Biala, the staff is very helpful and friendly and the facilities are very clean. Breakfast was also really good.

This is the second time I've stayed here, and I can't recommend it enough. Lovely facilities, and such friendly and helpful staff. I loved it! Thank you for such a lovely stay.
