We found Hotel Arte to be an excellent choice, perfectly situated right on Zamosc's Old Town Square. Our room was spacious with a sleek, contemporary design – a striking contrast we appreciated against the Renaissance facades of the surrounding historic buildings just outside the window. The bathroom and amenities were modern and comfortable. The real highlight for us was breakfast: served in the dining hall, the buffet offered a great variety and plenty of choices, all enjoyed with absolutely magnificent views overlooking the Great Market Square and the impressive Town Hall. Stepping out from the hotel's arcades instantly put us right in the heart of the square. The small rear courtyard was handy for parking our car. We also appreciated that the hotel is pet-friendly, and found the staff genuinely welcoming and helpful.

Staff, decor, location, cleanliness - this place is absolutely fantastic! 100% will be making another trip here next year. Staff went out of their way to help me and my daughter and also entertained my poor attempts at speaking Polish! Honestly, it's a mark higher than you've allowed with your feedback sheet on everything!

Maybe a little tourist info in more languages than Polish but honestly I'm just being picky here, can't truly fault the place.

Location was in the city center, our room overlooked the square. Definitely get the breakfast which is tasty with great service and variety. Room was not cramped and bathroom was modern.

The lobby is on the second floor (one level above ground level) and there is no lift/elevator. It's not a deal breaker but you do need to haul your luggage up the stairs. A little hard to find the entrance, but keep looking, it's there!

Great location and service, very nice room, delicious breakfast. On a hot day it was very nice that drinking water was waiting in the room and tea could be made. I really liked the preliminary letter describing the location of the parking lot. Also a plus for the attitude towards pets.

I did not specify whether it is possible to order brewed coffee for breakfast with their delicious pancakes. Next time I'll ask for brewed coffee for breakfast.

Perfect location with a window looking out on the town hall in the main square. The room was clean and neat. The breakfast buffet was a great deal.

The walk up wasn’t a problem for us, but might be a challenge for people who cannot easily make it up two flights of stairs.

Limited parking, but being in town centre I knew it was going to be a bit of an issue. We managed to get a space on the last night, which meant packing the car for the airport a bit easier. But there is a free car park about 100 meters away, which was absolutely fine.

Very friendly and quick assistance via booking.com chat during the booking process. I got exactly a room like I wanted, with view to the central place. Tea utensils and water in the room. We slept very comfortably. Parking was very easy and also free, just around the corner. My best recommendations.

Everything was wonderful! For guests who commented on this platform that they had difficulties to find the hotel: Just look at the light blue house, entrance under the arcades near the prominent stairs on the central place, or use the address in a navigation system. Or read the sign at the next corner. Or ask a local ;-) person.

The staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful in helping me recover some documents that I lost. The view from the window was fantastic!
