It was my last minute reservation so I had no time to check the recommendations and feedbacks, I booked a room as I needed an overnight stop on my long way. It exceeded my expectation as it was clean, nice, cozy, the hotel is actually an old style mansion and located just in the center of the small town. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant with a terrace facing the main square. It was a Christmas time, and a terrace was warm and charming. The room, the bed and bathroom were all clean and comfortable. The personnel is polite and helpful. If I would need again a stop before a long trip to Ukraine / Kyiv, I would stop there again. The city is located 70 km from the border with Ukraine and it is easy to reach a closest border crossing point from there.

My room window faced the internal yard, not the street, so this was very small minus out of everything else was perfect. But I think its only due to my last minute deal.

This is our fourth or fifth visit to Morando. Once again, we extended our stay because it is such a positive experience. The lobby library is inspirational. The staff - Violetta in particular - are friendly and accommodating. We had dinner both nights of our stay this time. The food is artistry. Every detail is as exquisite to look at as it is to eat. The service in the restaurant is world class. We simply love Morando and will reroute our journey to ensure we get at least one night here when we travel between London and Kyiv.

We really love Morando. It is a great experience for us time and time again. There is nothing negative to report.

I love the energy of this hotel. The staff go to amazing lengths to anticipate every wish and desire of their guests making the feel welcome and special. A typical example from this afternoon. I was sat in the lobby lounge area to do some writing. Suddenly, they were lighting the log fire to make sure I was extra comfortable and cozy. I think every hotelier should visit Morando to fully understand how the best hotels are run.

There is literally nothing that I don’t like about this hotel. This is our second visit AND we extended our stay because it is such an amazing experience. We’ll be back again and often…!!!

We love this hotel. It’s a hidden gem. We choose our routes between UK and Ukraine to be sure we can stay. We even extend our stay occasionally because it’s so cool!

The windows in the loft rooms overlooking the square are too small. It’s a loft in a historic building so there’s not much can be done to change it. Just don’t expect to sit and ponder the view - the windows aren’t the type.

The staff is very polite and extremely helpful. The location is superb, close to everything. The breakfast was excellent. It was a very enjoyable stay. I will definitely come back!

I think one day there was a conference close to my room and I heard a bits of it. Other than that, I have no other comments.

I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL. I know that isn’t helpful so I will elaborate. This hotel is historic Poland meets Greenwich Village. The style and energy are off the charts. The location is superb. The staff are professional and attentive and far above and beyond what I’ve seen elsewhere. This place is a dream!!!

Perfect localisation in a heart of Zamosc old town, very good breakfast with vegetarian and meat options, comfortable bed with hard mattress. Hotel in classy a little bit medieval-historical style.

Due to the localization it is little loud in night.

A wonderful historical building with a great restaurant and few rooms for rent. The room was spacious with a separate toilet and bathroom. The location is just next to the old town square, but also close to a parking, great for people travelling by car. The breakfast was ver good.

The room door was barely closing. There were no bedside cabinets / electricity outlets next to the bed.

Fantastic location, wonderful breakfast and super kind and welcome staff who all went the extra mile. They prepared a generous breakfast pack as I had an early departure, made sure I got the taxi and always double checked if I needed anything else. The room was lovely and good size. I loved their restaurant and how tastefully it was decorated. The food was delicious as well. I highly recommend this historical place!

Stylish boutique hotel located in a historical building on the main square of Zamość in front of the city hall. Very good and varied breakfast. There is also a nice restaurant serving contemporary polish cuisine.
