The location is very good. The room we got was big with a sofa in a separate attached room. Possible free parking on the street (as long as you keep at the side of the hotel)

No elevator which should be presented ...(but stairs are comfortable). A bit tricky to reach with the car (at least with the navigation system I was using)

I stopped in for an overnight stay and rest. The first impression was not very good, as I checked in at 12 am and there was a restaurant under the room, in which music played loudly. I asked the receptionist about the opening hours of the restaurant, in order to understand if I could sleep normally. The girl at the reception was very friendly and quickly found me another room, which turned out to be even larger in size and more expensive in price. I was ready to pay extra, but she refused. After such an attitude, I would have closed my eyes to any shortcomings of the hotel, but there were none. I will definitely stay there if I pass through the city again.

Zamosc is a historic city with a beautiful old town - and the hotel is right in it, just a few minutes walk from the central square. So the location is very nice, the staff are pleasant and the rooms are large and comfy. A decent choice for breakfast, although the coffee was pretty weak.

This is a modern hotel, without the charm you might hope for in a city like Zamosc. But the location is great.

Breakfast was excellent with big selection so everyone could be satisfied. Location is perfect for walk around old town. Everything is very clean and in order.

Hotel exterior looks renovated not too long ago, but inside seems to have its years.

Excellent hotel with pleasant service! Located in the very center of the city, it has free parking for guests. The lady at the reception was very kind. The room is clean, has air conditioning, a TV, a set for making tea and coffee. The buffet breakfast is quite varied. The bathroom has soap, shower gel and a hairdryer. I recommend the hotel for a stay during a visit to the cozy town of Zamość

Since the hotel is located next to the main square, at night people walked under the windows and sang songs loudly

The locatin inside the UNESCO World heritage city was excellent. Rooms were great and the breakfast overwhelming.

The juice machine did not work the first morning, but juice was brought in jars very quickly. Elevator would have been nice, but we managed

The Hotel is in a very good, quiet location in the old town. It is clean, well run and has a restaurant..The room was spacious, light, had two single comfortable beds a TV and facilities to make hot drinks . The staff were very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a good selection of hot and cold food.

Amazingly spacious room as there once were that makes you feel you're in a hotel instead of some mouse hole. Very kind staff, both reception and the security. Highly recommended also for its central location. Thank you Renesans, see you again.

Excellent location in the heart of the old town. Pets welcome for minimal extra charge. On-site free parking. Generous breakfast buffet. Basic but comfortable rooms. Fantastic value for money.

I like that the room was spacious. It was clean. The front desk reception was very nice and friendly.

It nothing I didn’t like. Maybe it could be more parking. But otherwise nothing else.
