The place was situated in the mountains not far from all the hiking trails, although if ur not an avid hiker good luck. The rooms were clean and very comfortable staff was very nice. The restaurant was amazing and the 3 days we stayed there there was not a time the meals weren't delicious. The spa is a must for everyone, the girls did an amazing job with the massage and the wine bath is rejuvenating. All in all we will be coming back to this amazing place.

The shower doors were not very secure so when taking a shower your left with quite the large puddle of water in the bathroom.

We wish to get more introduction about the hotel facility upon arrival. We haven't got that info so we had to find out about it ourselves. The same applies to the restaurant. It would be nice to have an introduction, at least on the first day.

Very nice hotel with a great location if you are planning to go hiking. Great relaxing zone like a swimming pool, 4 sauna, and an outside jacuzzi, especially after a long day hiking. The staff was very nice and helpful. Very tasty breakfast with lots of choices.

I enjoyed the polite and friendly staff, the spa and pool facilities, scenery, and the hearty portions at dinner. The cleanliness and decor were great as well.

The menu for the dinner, that was included, could have been written instead of verbalized. This would have made it easier for me to choose, since I don't speak or understand Polish well. Electrical outlets near the bed need to be added. Some unsafe and fraying cords in room. Thin walls and construction going on in the room next door.

Excellent service, lovely restaurant, saunarium just great. We have a wonderful experience here. Every staff member we encountered was delightful and eager to help.

Not good enough sound insulation between rooms. We heard everything from adjacent room.

The shower is our room needs a repair, there was very little water coming from it. The packed lunch which we ordered for the hiking was definitely too expensive and the quality of the products was poor. It was a surprise for us because the food in the restaurant was delicious!
