Fancy place without being formal, cozy, with the amenities you need, great restaurant, great jacuzzi and wellness area and right in the slope (not working yet, but with access to an amazing viewpoint and restaurant at the top of the slope with access to trails). There is also a spa where you can book massages.

Breakfast was good but it is not special (but coffee was special, so good!) and the swimming pool is not all warm (more like a training pool so don’t jump expecting it to be embracing you). Just a heads up, not a complain at all.

- great afternoon activities for kids. Babysitter that ran it was great with children. My two boys were impatiently waiting for 4pm every day for activities to start and stayed there till the very end at 8pm She was consequently proactive, attentive and patient with everyday hordes in different age. REWARD HER WELL PLEASE! - people: restaurant, hotel and ski station staff was awesome (welcoming, warm, attentive, and hospitable ***** stars here) REWARD THEM WELL PLEASE! - individual ski lockers for guests - many common areas to hang out inside and watch astonishing winter - Old school gym with the gravity bench - Seconds walk to the ski lift - Broad selection of Polish food for breakfast buffet - Well heated rooms - Many areas to work remotely (but with little privacy) - No TVs on in a common areas - 5 min drive to Biedronka supermarket

- very small rooms not really comfortable for longer family stay - no wall cloth hooks and shoe closet in a room. In a winter it is a big issue where you have to store tons of clothes in a small room - Very often bad WIFI signal in my room; better in a lobby and a restaurant - restaurant a little bit too pricey for what you get

There is no soundproof. We could hear people walking down the hall and watching TV in other rooms.

Very nice and helpful staff, tasty Breakfast and dinner, nice Swimming pool! I really enjoyed the stay!

You can hear voices behind the wall (and also other guests can hear you and you dont have to be loud). But it wasnt disturbing.

Noisy drunk people and their kids at 3am is nothing to be thrilled about, but that is not hotel’s fault.
