The location of these Villas is perfect.. walking distance from the shore, from the locality restaurants and even for the waterfall. The Villa has two bedrooms and three bathrooms

The Villa is up for some maintenance, the owner needs to live two days there to see what's really needed! Shutter of bedroom not rolling down, sink faucet don't even open well since it was incorrectly installed, mould on the wall (infact you left the dehumidifier on).. the list will go on. For the money we paid we should have found better !

Very comfortable neo-classic/modern space, with a downstairs area for the bedrooms, and an upstairs area witha kitchen, sofa, table with an ocean view and even a terrace outside with an ocean view. I was impressed that they called this a "partial ocean view", as honestly it was a great view. Staff were incredibly friendly, and location was quite close to everything needed. It's also close to 2 of the most recommended restaurants in Flores, so it's easy to get there on foot. Space is quiet and private, and even has a car port.

There wasn't wifi in the bedrooms downstairs, and the shower refused to get hot water - managed once only, but the rest of the time it remained cold. The bathtub always managed to get hot water.

Great villa and staff. We rented a villa on the second line, but was upgraded to a room on the first line by the ocean, it was incredibly kind. The villa itself is amazing, incredible terrace with a view of the sunset ocean, comfortable bed, good repair, the kitchen is well equipped, but keep in mind that if you are going to cook, you also need to bring basic products like salt with you. This villa combined with the beauty of the island definitely deserves to come back here again. Thank you <3

Very spacious apartment, two floors, two bedrooms with a view to the Atlantic ocean from the balcony. We had a place on the second row (out of three) and still could enjoy the views. Easy to find, well located in waterfall plenty area. Stroll to the remote church approx. 1,5 km one way opens the views of 6 waterfalls! Some restaurants around, natural pool very close to location. Kitchen fully equipped. We appreciated metal blinds to cover windows to avoid morning sun. the owners helpful, easy to reach via WhatsApp. Even a bit pricy, I think it was a good choice. Only one little grocery store with a modest selection, so do not count on home cooking too much.

All was great as expected, maybe a bit long to wait for hot water to come.

I used the location as the hiking base and this villa served perfectly for this purpose - it was located at the start of most of my trails, it was clean and spacious and had everything what I needed for cooking simple meals once in a while. The hosts very were friendly and helpful and even took my luggage to the apartment, as I arrived earlier and left my luggage with them. This is very much appreciated!

Air conditioners in the bedrooms are really loud

The view and the location. Very nice sunsets, and the balcony allowed us to watch them until late. The nice sound system to enjoy the music.

There are no essentials in the kitchen, not even salt and pepper. I understand the post-covid limitations, but renting a place with a kitchen where no basic ingredients are provided is useless. We were there for one week so we had to buy many ingredients that we left in the apartment but we don't know if the next tourist could enjoy it. It was difficult to recycle the garbage as there was just one bin. The large windows with a sea view were dirty, so I washed them myself.

This was probably the most amazing accommodation we have ever stayed at. The house itself was perfect—modern, spacious, clean, fully equipped, and with an amazing ocean view. During our check-in, it was raining, which turned out to be great because after the rain, five small waterfalls appeared on the mountain behind the house. A moment to remember! We truly enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this place!"

It's not a big deal if you're by car, but it's good to know that the check-in is in another village (3 km away).

The location is fantastic being near the ocean and near enough to walk to waterfalls.

There wasn’t a handrail on the inside stairs going down to the bedrooms and it felt a bit precarious as we’re seniors. Also since no railing on other side of the stairs it could be dangerous for small children going downstairs. I let the property managers know this and they responded positively.

The place was adequate. Coffee was provided. Lovely views of the falls o. The mountain behind the apartments. When we we were looking for our place The GPS sent us down a VERY narrow road and we got stuck.. we couldn't turn around or go forward. A kind farmer helped us get out of the road!! We backed up with his guidance and finally got out to the larger road. So stay off the tiny side roads!!!!

Wish there were some paper towels for us to use. Could have used more clothes hangers, two weren't enough

We loved everything - warm and kind service of the hotel staff who helped us find a car to rent, the location of the hotel is excellent in front of the sea, a very large apartment, clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need to stay on the island, close to restaurants and sites. A view of sunsets. It is highly recommended ! We would love to come back
