Thanks to my Genius membership we got a free upgrade to a junio suite. Which made our stay feel like great value, for the price we paid. We enjoyed a large, comfortable room! We flew in for a concert at the Nemesio Camacho stadium and this hotel was conveniently located in between there and the airport. Internet and hot water worked great. Room temperature was comfortable. Some shops and cafes located nearby. Easy to get taxis outfront.

I find it very strange when hotels won't let you check in 15 minutes early. We arrived at 2:45pm and they made us wait until the stated check-in time of 3pm before giving us our room. As if they left it until the very last minute to prepare it for us. Obviously not! To management: please learn something about hospitality. Staff in general can improve as far as making guests feel welcomed.

Our flight was canceled and we booked it past midnight. The staff were very helpful, the check-in was very quick. The room was clean and quiet, we had a good sleep after a stressful day at the airport. Their breakfast was nice. You also have the options to eat just outside the hotel, there are pizzas, cafes, bakery and mini market right downstairs. I stayed at many NH in EU, always felt pretty nice. Their rooms are simple, and prices are low, services are great.

The room was clean and spacious, great view and location. Breakfast was good, with delicious fruits.

They missed details: there were not enough towels for the number of guests, one night lamp didn't work, no hot water in the shower, and no available (working) umbrellas for the clients. They could have offered water bottles and tea in the room every day.

The receptionists were exceptional, especially Santiago, who made our check-out day laid-back. The hotel is in a good location as bus stops are right in front of it to head into the city center. Cute restaurants frequented by locals are close by. The amenities of our room met our expectations.

The only down side of our stay was, that our room was on the side if the street. As it‘s a busy city, traffic never sleeps.

I liked how clean the room was however I had to follow up several times for two days for basics such as shower gel, body lotion, shampoo...all bottles were empty and housekeeping didn't fill it.

The staff and service I received far and wide from any service I received than any hotel than I ever stayed in.

I can’t even say anything negative about this hotel from the room I stayed in are the staff that was so exceptional.

Spacious rooms, reading lights above beds, Front desk staff all did their best to understand our very limited Espanol and speak to us in English. The breakfast buffet was top notch w/ much variety.

WThe traffic noise, which would be difficult for the hotel to do much about. We used ear plugs and sleep masks which helped. We chose the location as our Colombian hosts live 3 blocks away 😊 We rented 4 rooms but only 1 of them had a mini fridge 😟.

Very nice hotel & staff, excellent price-quality ratio.

Noisy traffic nearby, exacerbated by many Columbians desire to treat the switch from red to green as the start of a Formula 1 race. With better isolated windows I would give the hotel a 10.

Everything Was upgraded to a junior suite which was incredible for the price, I could stay extra hours to suit my trip home, staff were very helpful the app was incredible with loads of extras available, the food was fantastic couldn’t say enough
