I had a wonderful experience. The staff was very courteous and helpful at check in. My family who was meeting me in Bogota had arrived from a very long road trip and were tired. The hotel was able to accommodate them to rest a little earlier of normal check in. Let me tell you the breakfast was excellent, amazing choices and dining room was clean, organized and the staff were very pleasant. The hotel was clean. Loved that it had an iron, blower and fridge in the room. Also loved that it had a room with enough beds for my family. They also were able to meet my request of higher-level rooms and close to each other. They arranged my pickup and drop off at the airport. Staff was very communicative with me from the beginning of the reservation. I loved my stay there and will definitely return to this hotel on my next travel to Bogota.

good location only 20 mins from the airport and close to other local attractions via bus or car.10 walking distance from Corferias if you are attending an event there. hotel is in main road but windows have a good noise cancelling system. staff was very attentive when we asked for information.

room was a bit smaller vs the photos but could be the camera they used ( we booked a triple room) although the door uses a card system, door chain was broken

The staff is very pleasant and helpful, the breakfast exceeded our expectations! The room is super clean and in great shape.

The bathroom, the shower head was missing a nozzle and there was a random water stream in the middle with more pressure than the rest. The WC took too long to flush and with no pressure.

Ok location, not a lot in the general area of the hotel but Transmillerno stop nearby allows a quick trip rip to airport or Bogotá city centre so avoiding the traffic. Great staff, very welcoming. Rooms were clean and well maintained., really powerful shower in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet was really great but would advise not to leave it to the last hour as food can run out.

The hotel is really near of the city and airport. Also, the staff was excellent and very kind! I did not have any problem during my stay. The breakfast is a buffet with different options to choose. I recommend 100%, you will be good and satisfy.

There were no glasses to drink water, there was only one cup and in the triple room no chairs.

The locations good, easy to get to and from the airport, not too far from several big malls. Rooms are very spacious, lots of space to spread out and move around in. Bathrooms are good too, showers nice and spacious. Very reasonably priced for the location and room size.

Breakfast - the bread wasn't the freshest and the eggs seemed undercooked. Features are a bit dated but I think that's what allows for such a spacious hotel.

Cleanliness. Restaurant staff very friendly and attentive. Reception staff courteous and attentive. Good neighborhood.

It did have a few dents and cracks here and there an i could get the cold water to work. But we stayed in a three man room so it might have been more banged up than others.
