Excellent hotel! Breakfast is held on the 18th floor with the view on the river, good service (if you switch don't disturb button, they bring the bag with towels and water every day). The hotel has self-service laundry with drying machines and small garden on the second floor. Breakfast is very good: so many different food, including korean food, salmon, fruits, coffee machine, herbal tee; you can make you own udon with ingregients you like or cook fresh waffle. Staff is very friendly, english speaking and polite.

Great buffet breakfast with view over the city and convention center. Top quality hotel - very clean, classy and comfortable. Free toiletries, soaps, toothbrushes, etc. in the top floor lobby. Just across the street from the convention center. Kind and professional service.

Not near train station, but that's expected next to the convention center. No swimming pool or outside lounge, but that is expected in a high-rise hotel in this part of the city. A bit expensive, but still competitive with other similar hotels in the area.

It would be nice if there were rooms available for early check in. We travelled to the city in the morning with a 2 year old and were exhausted from our trip. We were told check in was only at 3pm and we could not check in earlier at all. Either guests can pay extra or it can be offset by an early checkout. We checked out before 9am as we had to carry on to our next city.

I was asked if I wanted breakfast when I checked in and I asked if it was included with the room for free and was told yes, so I said yes, but discovered the next morning after I ate that this was not the case. So I only ate breakfast at the hotel on the first morning. When I found that it was not included with the room charge, I was told I could get a discount if I let them know ahead of time that I would be having breakfast but when I checked out I was not given a discount for that first morning despite telling them ahead of time. The unwillingness to give customers the benefit of the doubt was disappointing.

Better communication.

The room was spacious, the beds comfortable and very clean. The room had a nice view of the bridge.

We used public transport to travel and we found the hotel to be far away from the city's main attractions. There wasn't much to do around the hotel apart from the science musuem.

The location is very good. I booked a river view room, and I wasn't disappointed!!! The hotel is very good, more like a 5-star experience for a very reasonable price.

The breakfast, although not included, felt was too expensive. We didnt try it, so cannot comment whether it is value for money or not.

Rooms were clean, location was close to a lot of Restaurants.

Staff Don't speak English or if they speak it would be a limited one. For example instead of saying "can I get your passport please" the lady just says " passport". Also at the check-in the lady didn't tell me that I'm going to pay for the whole stay at the check-in she just said "credit card" and went ahead and did the transaction without explaining to me what is she going to do with the credit card.

Beautiful scenery from hotel. The restaurant on rooftop is an excellent restaurant: good food and great service. The parking is free, big snc easy to use.

Extremely comfortbale, clean, great staff great breakfast. Extremely convenient location for the Daejeon Convention Center

Nice place, room was clean and the facilities quite new and modern. Staff was very kind.

The hotel did not have bellman to help us load the luggages to the room. And the room was stuffy, I think maybe the heater was too high and it was automatically set-up I could not re-set it.
